DONT WANT TO HELP
I log various queries with FNB but no one is actually getting back to me: I want to apply for a retirement annuity policy, i try to apply on my app, but it throws out an error message and say a consultant will phone my with no Avery. send email to advisories: ref CAS-10143823-Q7Y728 customer care: ref 5499801Q getbacktome: ref 33MSQ64F customer complaint: ref 310674 But no contact back

DONT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY
I have a annuity retirement policy 1909713, and after a lot of calls eventually somebody helped me to cancel my policy as I cant afford premiums anymore. But now they don't want to pay out my money after the following was send to me: “On your Old Mutual Max Investments policy, you qualify for a RA Surrender and your current estimated value is R14 907.72.” I think it is ridiculous, because on a normal pension or provident fund when you stop working your employer give your pension money for the time you paid it. This is the same thing i cancel my policy to get my money.

i bought the superflex online, but i made a mistake and want to cancell and also get my R299 refund. i phoned 083135 and was transfer to 7 departments but none of the people that answer the call doesnt know anything and they dont know what to do - pathetic

i have pet medical for 3 dogs but every time when all 3 dogs needs to see a doctor or operation(sterilization) i cant transfer funds for all 3 dogs, what is the use then to to cover all your dogs - i need the funds transfer for all 3 dogs
