Debit orders
This company diduct my funds from my bank account without my concern. I tried to stop the debit order , but they will debit the next month.

Scam
I met with the girl by the name of Dikeledi Kekana at Cosmo Mall, she asked me for my capitec card, she made me to join a R295 funeral policy without my consent. She's working for clientele life. When I got the money in that card the money was deducted from my account. I called the company they said they were not going to refund the money. I'm so angry with their representative.

My disappointment
We bought a wedding gown, first they didn't call my wife to remind her that she has to pay. When she paid it took a time to get it. When the gown came it was not according to her specifications, then they have promised to do it according to her specifications. They promised to call her on Tuesday but Friday came without them calling. She contacted them demanding her gown complete or incomplete. They delivered it unfinished, I wrote an whatsapp asking if they can refund us some money, they said they won't.

Worse service provider
Worse network service provider. Their network is down and do not compensate for lost hours whereas they charge full amount.
