I called cancellations department on the 23/01 and spoke to two agents the first one was rude and I disconnected the line and they never called back 2nd agent Mandisa I requested for her to cancel my contract and continue to use my number on prepaid she kept placing me on mute, telling me the system is offline, after a long time holding for her while she was checking on the system the line disconnected and till today she never called back. What kind of customer service is this? Now I must continue to pay for something that I specifically asked to be cancelled and moved to prepaid

I initially joined discovery because of the benefits, I am a chronic patient and I was told the option I am taking covers chronic medication now I’m told of a waiting period of 12 months, so I need to pay for the medical and buy my own medication. I am single mother of 2 and work hard to make sure this medical is paid monthly so where am I supposed to get extra cash to buy my chronic medication

I have been paying my account in store at Birch acres Truworths, and now I get an email from Eston berry Attorneys telling me I have an outstanding of 973, which I paid R283 which was the balance remaining. I have receipts show there is not outstanding balance, please clear my name and this account must be closed

I joined the gym in February 2024, and there was a special running of R260 for 3months, now I’m being told I owe R800. I called virgin active boulders and au spoke to Patience and she told me that in order for me to cancel I need to pay R2000 cancellation fee. Which I was not told about and I’m disputing this cause I was told I cancel anytime or pause my membership if I wanna take a break. I want my name to be cleared, and I’m not going to pay any amount except the R260 I was told when I joined the gym, and I want my membership to be cancelled.
I am writing this review due to the bad service I received. I have been sending email to Lorainne for payment arrangements for my cover till this day I have not received any feedback. I asked the agent to send this to senior management but nothing was done, now I receive emails that my cover has been canceled but debit orders magtapes are sent to my bank
