Telkom keeps adding fees on my monthly installment without any communication. When I reach them they apologise and say other customers are complaining about that. This month they addded fees again as a result my debit didn’t go through, I went to the branch, they said they cannot help me as they are offline. I have been trying to call them with no luck coz they saying they are upgrading their system. This is messing up with my credit score. I need a Telkom consultant to call me as soon as they can, the 081180 number does not offer the option to speak to a consultant anymore. I don’t know where to get assistance anymore. I hate the service so much, I can’t wait to finish this contract! The worse decision ever. I went to the Festival Mall, they could not assist me, I was very frustrated, the manager did not even offer to assist.
My defy fridge is dead, it’s been 3 years. The product is not just bad but their call Centre staff is ***********. I tried calling to log a service call, spoke to Ammy who was very rude and ***********, called the head office..still have not received a reply. What a bad decision I made with buying this fridge
I took my car to Car Care Clinic Midrand, as per usual for service.They didn't change the plugs in my car and didn't disclose that to me, I paid for the plugs however.When I approached the manager Nico,he **** and told us that those are platinum plugs hence not replaced.I then bought myself plugs and fixed the car,Nico promised to give me a discount next time as I was charged for plugs and they didn't do the plugs, I took the car there today and he tells me that he's closing today and he won't give me my refund for plugs back or service the car today with an attitude. Nico is very dishonest, I am asking myself whether they have been replacing the other things in the car as this is not my first time servicing there.This clinic cannot be trusted, I am no longer taking my car there and I want my refund back!!
I spoke to Moipone and she gave me the wrong information about my tracker and sent me to the emergency department which was wrong department without even her listening to my query. When i tried speaking to someone ij the senior department who gave me the right information she told me that unfortunately netstar has many divisions so some people are not informed which made me ask myself if nestar promotes their consultants giving customers the wrong information n infringement of our rights to the correct information and discloure.
I recieved the worst customer service from Kingsley Masinga whom restricted me from getting yhe corrwct information from the person who assisted me with getting the miway policy. He infringed my customer rights to the correct information and disclosure. He was very rude and arrogant and i dont appreciate that as a customer.
Simple and short Excellent service from Nico and the team from the Midrand branch today.I booked my 2022 Hyundai Atos for 30 000km service today and their work was exceptional.Well done team.
I received a debit order in my bank account this month with the reference of badgeradm.The debit is exactly the same amount I pay for netstar so I immediately thought maybe it has to do with netstar tra king company.I have never authorized this debit order.I realized that many people are actually getting scammed through this badgeradm company.Can something please be done to assist.I don't ever want to see this filthy scam deducting money from my account again,if I Authorized it I want the recording of me authorizing it and the sales consultant I was speaking to.I called netstar to confirm if they working with this company and they said they don't know it so I will have to follow up with my bank.
I opened a contract with mtn last year November,they told me that its ending this year November.I have been paying them each and every month,I can even print out statements from my bank to prove this.The contract was supposed to end last month in November,they are continuing to debit my account but my phone is changed from contract to prepaid.I first went to the branch,they told me that they cannot do anything to assist me I must call 135 and ask to be transferred to contracts,when I called 135..I firstly got bad service n my line kept going off,I domt understand whether their service champions were hanging up or what,when my call finally went through they told me that I have to pay for December Atwell coz they changed my contract to prepaid on the 15th of December,now they are sending me massages saying that they are going to cut my line if I don't pay them and send me to their lawyers..I am really not happy about this coz I even have their massages from last month saying that my contract has been canceled n its now prepaid and I can prove all my payments n I made it clear to them that I don't want to upgrade.please help
I got the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NONHLANHLA M AT PICK N PAY,GREENSTONE.This lady was working at the tills of lottery,she was very very rude and her manner of approach is completely wrong,I overhead her refusing to assist customers before us then when we came she also tried refusing to assist us and she gave us a very terrible attitude,she told us that it is not a must to assist us,she doesn't deserve to deal with customers with that approach,J hope something is done with that lady,Nonhlanhla is extremely rude.
