I am trying to contact Premier Banking consultant from the Netherlands to make a transfer from my FNB Premier Account to my Netherlands bank account. I am not getting any joy in reaching people to help me. The chatbot is useless. Please can someone from Premier Banking please contact me via email (amanda.foster33@gmail.com) to provide me with information as to how I can transfer larges sums of money to Netherlands safely and easily. Please note that my SA mobile number is not fully operational so email is preferred method of contact.
I have been trying to contact Discovery Health Call centre for 2 days from the netherlands and all I have to show for it is a 75 euro phone bill. I cannot get my 2024 tax certificate because the OTP does not work when I am trying to access my discovery account from overseas. I need to get a copy of my tax certificate for the last time. Can someone please send it to me as soon as possible.
I can't get through to Customer Service to follow up on a High Priority Complaint #5248187NF. The call was logged by Dr Marc Leeming on 25 May using my cell phone number as a contact because Dr Leeming is a South African Non-resident. I have been on the phone for 1.5 hours already trying to get through on 0875759408 an I just get pingponged from Private Clients to Private Wealth and then get cut off.
My Debit Card is expiring this month, so I am expecting a new one to be delivered by CCD Couriers. I had a SMS to say I would receive the card on 13th - nothing arrived. I received a call on 14th to say that my card would be delivered between 3 - 5 working days and where should they deliver my card (they have all this information already ?!) This is completely unacceptable service. I am also distressed that they cannot tell me where my bank is. This is a breach of security. Where is my bank card ?
This is a public service announcement to please not use this company for any reason whatsoever. I was so badly treated throughout the process. The abusive communication when they were 4 months late in delivering and installing my product. Then, less than a year later the key broke in the lock late at night. I had to get a locksmith to get into my house. I was told I had overused the key so I had breached my warranty. I do not want you to have the same experience as me. Please stay well away from them. That is all.
Beginning of September, my home loan period came to an end. On 7 Sept I got a SMS to say that an attorney would contact me within 48 hours. Still waiting. I contacted the contact centre to have the attorneys changed, but the agent was reluctant to do so. I am now wanting to request a particular attorneys to handle this home loan cancellation please because I know that they will actually do the work. Please can someone just treat me like a customer and attend to my needs.
I have just had a call with Nedbank Home Loans Call Centre where a wonderful lady provided me with some details about my home loan. She said that she would email me the details and confirmed the email address. I have, as yet, not received an email and wanted to know how I can get the information requested electronically because it apparently expires in 6 days.
Although I have jumped through all the burning hoops put in my way. I STILL do not have a verified account. I have to forgo purchases at performances being held this weekend which is a huge disadvantage to our choir.
Why is it so difficult to get support from YOCO. When emailing - absolutely no acknowledgement of receipt of your request and no response. When calling the support line, wait for at least 3 minutes without getting my call answered and then have to request a call back and then that only happens about 2 - 3 hours later. I am a new customer who wants to support local, but seriously, you need to buck up your support !
I ordered 3 products and received 2. Had a strange process to submit an issue was then refunded to my checkers wallet. I had to place a new order to get the product THEY forgot AND I had to pay delivery fee for the product THEY forgot. What a swizz
