Took away their mobile app and now you can only sign in on a browser which is very annoying. On top of that, their website is constantly down so you can't even login to see balances, submit & track claims, and anything else that you expect to have 24/7 access to. Please upgrade your IT department and get your devs to release the mobile app again so I can actually check on my money

Quote process is long, and you get asked questions on the phone that you already answered when you filled out the online form. But they beat my other insurer and for me, insurance is about who is cheapest
For my years that I was with Debt Rescue, I could always rely on Marlize to help me get the answers I needed. Emails were answered in minutes and I was never left with an unresolved query. Marlize is the definition of 6* service and I hope the Debt Rescue management know that they need to do anthing to hold onto her
Just wanted to look at prices online and nothing further than that. In 30 minutes I have had 5 calls, what the ****. And there is no number to call to get your number removed from their system
Marlize is the only reason I'd give this company a 5* rating. If you need any help, Marlize is the one person that will get something done. She is on the ball and a pleasure to deal with. I hope that Debt Rescue SA is paying Marlize her worth because if they lose her as an employee, this would be a 1* review
Decent company until you need to try contact customer support for anything. Another example of a business that feels like they are only willing to pay 1 person to deal with tens of thousands of client requests. WhatsApp agent takes hours to respond (if they respond at all) and landline is always busy or has an issue that you can't call through to. After receiving confirmation on the WhatsApp chat that my loan had been paid off and that my debit order date was being moved, I now sit here 2 weeks later with neither of these being done and unable to speak to any person about it
If I was asked to rank companies in South Africa, My Pool Services would be below Eskom. The level of incompetency, the lying and false promises and the extreme lack of service leaves a lot to be desired. After my pool needed to be re-done through insurance I had the absolute misfortune of getting these guys to come through. From the very beginning, the owner Ray had no idea what was going on and you can never get a straight answer out of him. His team will leave all of their bottles, food containers and cans lying around your pool when they head home for the day and they'll use your taps to wash up and just not turn them off, not to mention the state they left my bathroom in that I let them use After initially being told it would take 3 days to complete the tiling and all necessary work, the pool was finally finished 3 weeks later. Once done, the team and Ray left all of the old tiles next to the pool and ******ed off. It's now 3 months later and after following up every second day, I still have all of their old tiling and rubbish lying here. Lie after lie after lie about how they'll be here tomorrow to pick it up which then turns into the next day because Ray doesn't know what's happening and he'll do it himself. Which is then followed by another lie and a let down. Trust me when I say find any other pool service that is not My Pool Services
Laurette ****samy was a pleasure to deal with on the Whatsapp chat. Fast, friendly and efficient, you can't ask for much more when it comes to service
