So I placed a order on clicks online purely because it's not in store for some reason clicks have changed effervescent granules which I been buying for years they changed the packaging the bottom and the product I bought it , it was absolutely disgusting. So I decided to have a look online and there is was the old bottle the one I want so I order 2 I pay delivery to collect at a store and collect it yesterday and lone behold it's the same **** I could have bought in store if that was what I wanted. Very up I email them that's yesterday and till now nothing. So I am so dome being messed around by shops poor service so let's see if I get somewhere. Considering the pictures of the product of the old and new are both online and I ordered the old . Honestly if anyone out there bought this product and has tried the new replacement how disgusting it is please comment.
Extremely ****ed off with the service I have received. So I placed a order on Thursday paid immediately and all products were available for next day delivery. It's Saturday it hasn't even been shipped I emailed and just got ignored flat.at this point I want my money back in my account today just as fast as they took it and I will go find the product in store. To hell with them now it's gone to over 650 for free delivery that's 150 more than not long ago but it's just the total ignoring that really ****es me off
So here goes what is not so complicated but it seems to be for the accounts department and Cartrack. Almost impossible to get threr little minds around. I bought a car in October last year. It was fitted with a tracker. Cartrack had my info I don't actually recall a phone call they start debiting my account every month great. Except one little issue nobody confirmed a debit date with me so ASSUMED the 25th is just ok. Which it is not fine cause I don't get paid the 25th. And all my debits are set for the last day of the month or the 1st. So anyway they debit away costing me bank charges every month because there isn't always money for it . So finally last month I emailed to put a stop to this and change the date to the 1st. And great the debit goes off on the 1st of July but then the cheek of these people debit me the second again so I reverse the debit why am I paying two installments for one month. Well let me tell they have emailed called me everyday more than once whatsapp me daily even though I don't owe them a cent frustrated last Monday I speak to the TEAM LEADER IN ACCOUNTS we go through from Jan to date she realizes its their mistake sorry she will sort it out now like **** that conversation didn't happen and the calls whatsapps have not stopped. So can someone do maths there it's really simple.I am now beyond annoyed.

This is not a good review and the second time in a short time I am having this issue, original complaint I bought 3 pairs of 9ct gold sleepers for my grand daughters for Christmas the one pair broke before it was even in her ear I was faced with rude staff at East rand mall. Anyway a lot of emails fights I got them replaced. FEB the first pair broke and she lost the at school April second pair broke while hee mom was cleaning her ears May 3rd pair broke while she was washing her hair what poor quality are they passing off as gold. And I did email TFG head office almost 2 weeks ago Zero response second mail zero response so our money is good enough but when their products are not oh well. Clearly they buying low quality at cheap prices how does the clasp just fall off honestly. As a child I wore my same pair of gold sleepers from childhood to adulthood and they didn't break.
Disgusting service , staff down right rude appalling Attitude towards customers and approach of dealing with people. I bought 3 pairs of gold sleepers as Christmas gifts. Yesterday being Christmas upon opening the clasp the one ear ring broke. So I went to exchange them today my 8 year old grand daughter very excited for her ear rings then extremely disappointed cause broke before it was even near her ear. Anyway off I went to exchange them at Sterns East Rand mall where I bought them 4 ladies working I approach the counter explained what happened I would like a new pair they don't exchange ear rings I again clarify it wasn't in her ears it broke before so they just go back to what they were doing before I walked in. So I said now you ignoring me? No they don't exchange ear rings they must go in for repairs so brand new never worn poor quality earrings then , ok fine send them in or to your supplier contact me when they back on I must come back in January so how does all this become my problem so I must drive back there a second time to what I went there today to do because my time and petrol are free. I got ignored once again I said not to worry I will email their head office and I got a whatever. If it is not for customers buying at stores regardless there would be no need for that store or their staff who clearly don't give a **** if a person comes back and buys there again
So I logged a complaint got some calls still not resolved but cell c escalated and escalated and references number after references number We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: 3010601092. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C. But we still nowhere still no answer no phone. And somehow their poor service is my problem. I upgraded in November on black Friday and to date no phone cause there was no stock of the watch. Then no stock of the phone. Then I must change my package to suit their pocket. Because they can't for fill the order. I have given them time I waited I offered solutions yet here we are the 9th of January almost 2 full months since doing the upgrade. Not to mention the the problem I had with this same line which till date has not been resolved. Paying for a contract and for over 8 months the sim card didn't work. Someone got back to me and his answer was we received the benefits, how do you use them if the sim doesn't work. There is just endless problems. So today if you the public of South Africa want to open a contract don't use Cell C . Customers get treated like we don't matter like they don't need your business. In a country where companies are going under on a daily bases don't you think those still in business should try keep their customers happy. It's not that I am demanding unreasonable or u realistic demands service and what I pay for. Simple
Only giving one star as a option for -5 isn't there. So I upgraded over a month ago , a cell c agent called me offering me black Friday deals. Needless to say it's over a month and I have received the device. Excuse is no stock of the watch. But for a month?? Nobody follows up contacts me I must chase after them and get absolutely nowhere. How does it become my problem. Surely in a month they could source one watch and deliver my phone and watch. If not how on earth did I get offered something they don't have. By now then you give me a better watch. Or offer me a better deal. Or something to replace the watch. To the value of the watch . Another device at the value of the watch . Buds or two pairs since it's not the value of the watch. But as a service provider you provide a service. As it is a had a problem for almost a year with this line. Where the sim card kept on getting blocked or something cause it stopped working sim swop 2 days same ****. Sim swop again and again and again until because it hadn't been used for over 6 months, cause tge stupid questions thay do not apply to me i fail to be me , had to do it in store. Obviously I wanted my money back because all the airtime data I pay for on this contract was not there when I did the final sim swop. I get called by someone with a IQ of a slice of bread. You received the befits how was I meant to use them if the sim card didn't work. But you received it that is the mentality. I have been with cell c for about 14 years. And this is the service I receive . I am beyond disgusted with poor service . I have called I have emailed and zip zero nothing
After the last review and "Teljoy " resolving the issue NOT!! They actually think that it is the customer's job to run after them for answers. Or to fix their mistakes. They take advantage of their younger clients who don't know much about how things work or their rights. And rail road them. That their say is final when they are basically stealing from the customer. So absolutely disgusted with the service they provided
So not the first issue with them. Absolutely the worst service ever. I have been emailing for months to confirm last payment which was meant to be February. They can't be bothered to reply. But have the F##king cheek to add a extension ( for warranty) I did not ask for and neither did ask if I wanted it so they just keep debuting and over charging. While now two months we waiting for them to credit me and fix the issue. Only 1 star cause you have to fill that box else more like minus 5 .
