Best insurance company
I really appreciate the help I got from outsurance. I recently took out public liability cover and the staff member who assisted me understood what I needed and provided me the best cover for my business. He was extremely patient and helpful throughout the application process. Once again oursourance exceeded my expectations. Well done outsurance. You are truly the best insurance company I dealt with so far.

Excellent service
Bayteck is most reliable fire service company in Nelspruit area. They are quick to respond and gives me value for my money. I can surely recomend them to anyone in and around nelspruit.

Fed-up with telkom
I have just about had it with Telkom now, I have been with Telkom for many years, paying my account on time and never miss a payment, up until today they are paid in full every month, but then all of sudden last month my phones get cut off, so i phoned to find out, and it was said that my credit limit is over, so i made a payment of R450 which was required, and i asked the consultant is this going to happen again or not, she assured me that it will not happen again, my debit order will just continue going off as always, now here it strikes again today, my account is locked, and i have sended around 6 request for a call back and NOTHING is happening. no phone call, no explanation, now I have to use my time which I don't have to go to a Telkom store, just so they can phone them for me to talk to them, now i wonder how many more money do they want from me, but that's not all, few months ago, a debit order went off my bank from Telkom for a amount I didn't even know or approved of, I phoned and they said that they can not find anything on their system, but the description clearly said Telkom, so i went to bank to stop payment, unlucky I didn't get that money back and the last straw came when all of a sudden a random strange number appeared on my app during Feb month, i went in to check and they have the odasity to tell me i took out another contract when clearly i didn't even come close to a Telkom store in months and NO ONE phoned me for a contract that i approved because i already upgraded last year around okt, so why in this world would i want another sim card. So long story short, i have had it with Telkom and i think its time to move to another provider as off now.

Sibusiso Ncambaca was very helpful today. My problem was sorted out as quickly as possible with no hiccups, he explained everything to me very well and I could understand him. He spoke clearly with no mistake. It took about 10 to 15 min and everything was sorted. Excellent service and understanding staff member.

Definitely confused
I don't understand. We you try to get a loan doesn't that mean that you do not have money and what is the point of trying to get a loan for something and then being asked to pay a huge amount of money which you don't have. Why don't they take it from the money you want to borrow at least you got nothing to loose then. This is the first I hear about paying money to borrow money. REALLY.

Very kind and understanding staff.
