FNB Hospital plan is a scam
My prople if you can DO NOT TAKE FNB HOSPITAL PLAN. FNB is a bank and has no business being in the insurance and hospitality insurance space. My late brother had the plan. He was in hospital for 85 days and his bill was R2.6m, FNB hospital plan told us they will only pay R18 000 for all the days he was in hospital, sadly he passed away on the 12 October succumbing to his injuries. The FNB hosptality plan promised to pay the R18 000 to his estate. They did and then the money bounced, bounced can you believe that. FNB hopsotal plan money bounced. And in 2023 they still have not paid it and his children struggled to pay school fees because FNB is not paying what is due to him. If you have FNB Hosptal plan, please double check and see if you cant find another worthy company. They are a scam.

123 Praxley product
I bought a 123 praxley glue at the advice of the manager to still mu rearview mirror that came off. It didn't stick for 1sec and when I returned it, they give me every excuse why they worn reimburse my money. Be careful when buying from 2nd rated hardware stores with no return policies or guarantees.

Connectivity improved
My 5G was super slow and qhen I called the centre, they noticed I was connected too far from my place. We choae the closest tower and now its like magic. Thanks Rain

FNB Hospital Plan very very bad service
My brother Khayalihle Mapasa was injured on the 6th April 2019. He was at Union Hospital until 31st July where he was released to rehab in Rosebank and later died. We made a claim for his children at FNB Hosptal plan. They asked for all sort of documemts. His hosptal bill was over R2.6m and FNB consultant said they will pay R18 000. To date nothing has been done. FNB keeps calling asking for letter of authority which I sent and still no payment. I am appalled at how FNB treat paying customers. I would advise anyone to rethink if they are going to take this policy. Shocking service. There worst part is that they acknowledged the claim and "closed" it whilst still waiting for letter of authority. Its been over 2 years now and no payment.
