I have has problems with these people for years and my account has still not been closed with cellc I'm really fed up.
Dont ever take out a contract with cell c I had contacts with them and they are all paid up but than I got handed over for what I have no idea.... I have proof of all my payments they hand you over to random companies that you have to keep sending the proof to and still they say you owe they have no idea of what is going on in their own company this is the 5th year that the damn collection agency has contacted me really it's frustrating now I'm taking it to the ombudsman I had enough!!!!!!!
I paid my cell c account in full I've been sending proof of payment's to every single email address they give me but I still receive reminders to pay from these people I'm so sick of it
I have been requested to complete form after form from gems now they send me another form to fill in I even submitted the medical reports now my dependent is suspended I am really not happy with this now I have to stress myself out because of it why couldn't they send everything one time in one email now this back and forth is getting rediculous.
Lovely atmosphere and the food is to die for I really enjoyed it keep up the good work
They are still sending me emails and trying to get money for a debt that was paid. they called so many times and I have to explain every single time that the debt was paid and they still email! what kind of company is this it is so unprofessional, They are causing people unnecessary stress!
This bank is really pathetic on I mistakenly made a payment to a bank account that is no longer in use and ive tried to recall the the money I even sent proof of payment I even got the owner of the previous account to go into the branch and still nothing now I must pay R160 for a recall that was not even be successful really this is a pathetic for banks to work now they don't even do a proper investigation nothing

I am so sick and tired of this problem harmond pole keeps calling me endlessly even after I settled my account in full with cellc I contacted the WhatsApp number and sending emails back and forth I even attached my Bank statement as proof of payment but still I keep getting calls,SMS's and emails now they asking who did I arrange a payment with I never made any arrangements with anyone because cellc has take the money I owed I'm really sick and tired!!!!!!
