for the Past 2 months i have been struggling with receiving calls from multiple numbers and different networks, the past 2 weeks I have spoken with the call center agents and they keep doing the same thing by resetting some things on my line. It has since gotten worse and another service ticket was logged last week Wednesday, by following up a week later, the ticket was not assigned to any network person to assist me. They made contact after a left a complaint and said that another ticket will need to be logged as the old one is useless. There is no service or any person that can assist me. Even went to a Vodacom shop after putting in leave where they could also not resolve the issue and just left me with the call center who does not respond to my request. I am now starting to struggle with making calls and even after explaining that they still don't worry. As a owner of a company using the RED VIP package which is a lot of money monthly they just wont assist me and leave my service ticket open. My clients cant get hold of me and my company is loosing customers and they are not worried and just say wait until we have time to contact you. My hands are tied up because nothing gets auscultated to get resolved. But i must pay for a service that is not working, and when saying you will stop paying until the service is fixed, their response is do that and see what happens. I have been with Vodacom for more that 20 years and the service is getting worse every day, no after sales or support, but when you need to upgrade they are quick to take your money. People be careful before using Vodacom as they will not help you of your line is not working, but you will still pay for everything.
Received a mail after yet another long call with a so called manager. After he stated over the phone the mistake they have made and admitted to it they now refuse to send me the call recording. Their response in afr is " Ek wil net graag bevestig dat ons ongelukkig nie die bandopname vir jou kan stuur nie. Soos in die e-pos hieronder bespreek, het ons bevestig dat die foutiewe balans aan ons kant was, maar ons het dit intussen reggestel " They took almost 2 years to get the court order filed and I ended up with more dept than their plan. And at the end of my term. Sorry sir we made a mistake you need to pay more. I terminated my service with them and now they send you an services invoice but can't state what services. They promise you everything but once the contract is in place they don't care or contact you. Now they use popular people to post their adds but people don't know what problems these people can create for you and they don't care to fix anything but just say sorry.
I have been a client for more than 4 years only to find out recently the made a big mistake on my payment plan with the creditors. Never missed a payment all was on track to finish. Just to get a big suprise that they calculated wrong and I owe more all of the sudden. The even blocked me on social media so I can't comment the truth. I would love to send people mails between me and Afriskuld showing what really happened. Even arguing with me I need to pay more and more but I have the paid up letter of an account they paid up. Which I had to get as they don't follow up on accounts, and your accounts shows in arrears. Feel free to comment so I can share if someone is thinking of using them.
Did a application to rent a town house from them. Kept in touch with the agent everyday to ensure the unit is still available. They required 1 more document which I had to wait for. Yesterday she told me se is keeping the unit for me as I am getting the document today. Even after sending the document she required some changes on it. I changed it within 20min. After finally sending everything she requested, she says sorry they gave the unit to someone else they are working on first come first serve. They make promises which they can't keep. Phoned the office in Montana sorry I must wait 24hours now to see if the other application pays deposit where I have deposit in hand. Now her story is sorry she is not the only agent working on the unit, why lie and say you are keeping the unit and working on first come first serve but you are waiting on the other deposit where I app**** first and have deposit on hand?
Downloaded the app to assist with making fast payment, went thru the complete process to buy photos from my past race. After making payment and Zapper deducting money from my account they decline my order. Now I must go thru a process to get my money back as they can't do anything from their side but send me a survey to fill in. If I didn't log a complaint they would have kept my money as they don't even inform you the order is declined. 5 working days to pay your money back, what if this is a very large amount? They won't care as it seems they don't even worry about their app not working. Can't give a reason why or try to assist further, just sorry we will refund you. Be careful before paying with this app. Might put you in a hole if paying large amounts and Zapper takes your money but declines your order.
Trying to get hold of their support to find out why my internet has been of for 2 days. NO ANSWER. BEEN HOLDING THE LINE FOR HOURS.
On of Miways clients drove into the back of my bakkie causing damage to my vehicle. I went thru the whole process of their 3rd party claim process. After getting 2 quotes and submitting all documents required, the assessor gave his report which was way less than both panelbeaters. I went to the panelbeater which Miway uses in my area after speaking to the advisor working on my case and had to take of another day to get a quotation from them. Again the repair cost was very high and even the panelbeater said they don't know where they got the prices from. I spoke to the assessor so he can explain and half the parts was and is still not correct as he disagrees with all 3 panelbeaters. He's second report was a bit more repairs but still not enough to cover. I couldn't win my point with them as they kept on telling me to speak to a different section in Miway. So I settled for the second report more than a month later. I now asked them maybe to give me a date more or less when payment will be made as I would like my car to be fixed before year end and new year. I understand the 30 working days completely, but still they can't say when the 30 working days started so I can calculate more or less when to book in my car. I spoke to another advisor as she also can't assist me with any dates and says I must wait the complete 30 working days then if payment is not yet made I can only ask what is going on. So then Miway will give me more stories on payment. It seems that they are making excuses to delay payment as the can't give me a time frame. I can wait 30 working days. But when did it start on their system. Even the manager has been copied in all mails. He does not even respond. I have to call in and get the same answer every time. No one at Miway can give me a date more or less. I think this is really bad service as they do want to pay out the panelbeater quotes and I must cover the short fall. Even after going to their preferred repairer. They get pricing from different companies on all parts. Where the panelbeater gets pricing from the oem. I must drive around and hope to get those parts at my cost. At the assessors pricing. This is very selfish of Miway. Bit I know now they don't want to pay full damage even after their client drove straight into my rear end. Poor service if your not a Miway client probably. Why must they help you if they don't get money from you.
Client for more than 4 years need to constantly contact them to check if device is working, I needed a certificate to prove I have a working tracking unit in my vehicle and Tracetec were unable to give me one as the unit was not working anymore! No one from Tracetek contacted me in order to check faulty unit but they keep taking money every month for something that is not working. Takes more than 2 weeks for feedback from Tracetek and o we apologize is all I get but if my vehicle was stolen the tracking unit was my issue because as per Tracetek the client needs to do a constant check to see of everything is working, what are we paying them for then?
