Petsfarm- Petsporters- ****!!!
If I could give them a negative rating I would. This supposed "agency" requested a 9750.00 refundable payment from me for the safe transportation of my alleged puppy. The money was for renting a special crate that would ensure safe transportation of the puppy. There's also a R17k insurance fee that they ask for to ensure the puppy arrives safely. They work hand in hand with petsfarm. DO NOT PURCHASE A DOG VIA PETSFARM!!!!! DO NOT DO IT! Dr Brian from pets porters uses ****mer language to resolve a situation, even going to the extent of shouting at me for questioning their ****my behaviour

Unbelievable service and putrid communication
I’m so disappointed in Superbalist. My order was cancelled a day before ETD with no explanation besides “suspected fraudulent purchase”. I had paid with my mobicred account and the email sent to me advises to dispute the charge with the bank, WHAT BANK???? I’ve tried calling them and the call disconnects right before I’m transferred to an agent. I can’t initiate a refund with mobicred as they’ve already processed the amount to my account. This is so frustrating and uncalled for. More than it being a pesky inconvenience , the lack of communication is extremely infuriating.

Terrible customer service, bad communication

Flisp has to be a scam, no ways!
If I could give FLISP a negative rating I would. The service is despicable and communication abhorrent. Tatenda Mapfumo contacted me a month after I had submitted my application stating that my documents were incomplete whereas I had already spoken to Ntombifuthi who had confirmed everything was in order. Upon his review of my documents he then required additional addendums to be drawn up by the lawyers and agents which was totally unjustifiable as I had supplied him with the OTPs already. Jumping through hoops only to be ignored at the last moment is disheartening. Absolutely horrible experience!

Great shopping experience from start to finish
The coffee table I ordered from them is extremely beautiful and sturdy. They are great at communicating, pricing is reasonable for the quality you get. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good quality, stunning furniture that will last.

Exceptional service
Great service from start to finish. Was notified when the product was dispatched to joburg hub and when it was out for delivery. Received regular calls and sms updates all the way. Super happy, would definitely buy from them again and again
