Dial direct is giving me problem, I didn't pay for December and I disputed January and now they are continuing deducting with undisputed deduction I emailed them asking for cancelation and payback of my money. Old mutual is a ****, on the 08 April 2024 I requested for a withdrawal in my retirement fund, I was told that it will take 15working days because they will have stop it first. They kept sending me notification, that I must wait 3-5 days it's on the final stage, they pass it to sars. When I call them on Saturday they said they can't help me they gave me the number I must call and when I call the number it rings once and cut my call. Now I am stuck I don't know what to do and who to call, Old mutual is ****!!!
Shosholoza meyl from Queenstown to Johannesburg Park Station departed at 15h30 on the 02 Jan 2024, we understand the unforseen circumstances, but this one is worse the train stucked at Sasolburg. People are crying there People who take medication are there my wife and my 3 children just imagine, they keep on giving them water no food or fruit because it's their problem now even if people had food it was going to be off by now its unacceptable. The train is still there as I speak, I tried to call management Nokuzola Mancoba she doesn't pick the phone I called three times š just imagine she doesn't care.
More than ten years ago I took money from finchoice, and I paid the money back. Then now I found myself followed by MBD legal collections saying I am awing Finchoice money. On this date 11/08/2023 around 15h15 I called Finchoice and tried to explain myself the lady I spoke to because of the old cell phone number I was using I don't know it anymore she couldn't help me to track my record with Finchoice. Finchoice is a **** believe me.

Mark White Nissan Fourways last week I have received an email from Diantha Govender which stated that my car service plan on my Nissan Almera has expired I must extend my service plan. I replied and asked when did it expire because I brought the car for service around August they returned and said I must bring it towards December it is still early, by that time it was towards 60000 km odometer as I was preparing to book for service I was told that the car service plan has expired. I questioned them that the car is still on warrant and it was explained to me that the car is on warrant until 90000 km they will service it then after I will have to renew it I still want them to continue. Diantha Govender said 3 years warrant even if it's not on 90000 km. Secondly when I bought the on May 2020 it without car matts and they kept saying they will order for me I kept on reminding them I only got them on late September 2022. Just imagine how they treat their customers, Mark White please intervene on this matter I expect my car to be serviced according to what your salesman Allen explained to me.
