I purchased a polarbox with them, it came with defects and I requested a replacement. The replacement had the same problems. I then called again spoke to Nkosi he said he would send a courier to fetch the polarbox it is almost a month dealing with their *********** service I called countless times the cooler was never fetched so I can get a refund. They tossed me back and for with their third party Bawas who was shipping the product for them. I would not recommend buying anything from these shops they do not even send updates on shipping details
I have contact the call centre countless times. my router does not have a connect for 4 days and I am yet to get someone to call me back after countless requests

The customer service is the worst the stuff handling insurance have not been able to assist me up to this far even from my previous review no one has contacted me to assist me with my complaint.
I called to report my phone stolen, to my surprise I was informed that my insurance was cancelled but without any supporting information as to who cancelled it. I changed my contract to prepaid when my I did a pre quote cancellation in march last year and vodasure has been deducting on my statement until the past two month of which I did not cancel any contract. i tried numerous times to call, email and query but I have not received any solid response as the email domain bounces back. From 28/08 ro date I still have not received any assistance
All the staff members are incompetent. I have dealt with over 5 different people and all of them promised to call me back regarding my query, they never did. Firstly a wrong order was delivered to the wrong address on my profile. After a month of being told it was found and dispatched I still have not received it. I requested a refund, over 3 weeks ago I am still waiting, holding on the phone for a long time without assistance. I don't know how they still even open their stores because they really don't know what the mission of their business is.
