I started the process with RD Debt Counseling on 7 May 2025 to assist with clearing my name from the credit bureaus after rehabilitation. Unfortunately, the service I’ve received has been very disappointing. The last update I got from Sylvia was on 4 August 2025, and there’s been no follow-up since. I reached out to Annetjie on 1 October to express my concern, but she too has not provided any feedback despite my messages and calls. Since August, I’ve been doing all the follow-ups myself with TransUnion, VCCB, XDS, and Experian. I paid R2000 for this service and expected consistent communication and support — something I did not receive. I sincerely hope the company can take accountability and improve their client service, as this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
Sequestration and Rehabilitation Complaint After numerous attempts from the ITC Clearing company I appointed and myself Wesbank and Direct Axis are of no assistance in helping to remove themselves from my credit score. They did supply me with letters confirming that all accounts have been closed "We hereby confirm that the debt outstanding formed part of the insolvent estate that has been finalised and can confirm that your account is closed" I have asked them numerous to please forward this information to all credit bureaus as Experian and TransUnion suggests it comes from the creditors directly. They eventually responded with: "We hereby acknowledge receipt of your request and we would like to apologise for the delayed response. We have escalated the matter to the relevant department once feedback is received same will be provided to you." Please can you make this a priority and assist me by removing Wesbank *8240 & Direct Axis *5388 and clear my name on all credit bureaus as I am already rehabilitated and any information reflecting that money is owed and false and incorrect.

Every time she sends communication, she needs to wait 3 to 5 workings days for feedback. If she receives feedback she gets referred from one department to the other. It has been a long and expensive road to Rehabilitation I would like to put this begin me and move on. Please can you assist me by removing these 2 creditors and clear my name on all credit bureaus as this is ************** and I am already rehabilitated, and Section 129 of the Insolvency act is now applicable. I am rehabilitated and want to go on with my life.
Very bad service waiting for over 22 days to get pants bought. Some excuses for over 6 month change system over. Noah and Kayla has a no care attitude and dont care to help customers to resolve the issues. Kayla agreed on courier on the 30th of October with employee Zama at Bedfordview same week. Aftwr 15 days calling and trying to get Kayla to resolve problem. Told me she does not deal with clients and cant recall that call on the 30th Zama does recall it!! Noah no care attitude told my wife she does not care can take her business its her choice. We paid for it its 22 days want tge product!!
