Spar Gift Acres Charge R200 delivery fee without disclosing the fee prior the order. I’ve placed a Spar2U order and the amount disclosed was not the amount deducted of my card. I’ve emailed twice but get ignored.
Takealot gives inaccurate excuses for their mistake. Third consecutive order does not get delivered with the same excuse of Incorrect Courier facility. It’s a robot telling lies and they think their customers wil believe them. Totally bullying, wish the competition closes them down.
Notice was given to cancel and Profmed still debited me the following month.

I am not getting assistance over the phone, gets transferred to different departments all the time only for the line to cut. Staff does not listen and are quick to transfer. My newborn baby was added, and I need access on my app. Can someone who knows what to do call me?

Such an inconvenience to get statements. I don't get my monthly or quarterly statements after several requests. Website is so not user-friendly and difficult to get statements. Huge frustration.
