This company emails continuously. I have requested documents pertaining to the amount that they claim I owe but they some how just ignore my requests. This is annoying as I have filed a complaint with the ombudsman and then my attorney. This is a ******* company who wants to harass people with no proof or they hire people who cannot read and understand english
Just took delivery of my aspire card. Downloaded the app. The app asks for login details which i dnt have . Tried calling the contact centre for 3 hours and when after all that time u get through a consultant they keep transfering u back to the automated voice recording. Please dnt bank with fnb
Bryte insurance worst insurance company. Never insure with them. They will take ur monthly premiums but will use the fine print on ur policy that tthey never did explain. The public can see that tbey are very good when it comea to travel insurance because there are few and minor claims. They report to hello peter when there is negative reviews about them and the review is taken down. DO NOT INSURE WITH BRYTE
been a client of good standing with bryte for many years. put in a claim for damages to my home last year june, my claim rejected as many told me thats what bryte does often as the find hundreds of ways to reject claims and thats how they can pay dividend's to shareholders. they immediately advise you that you are welcome to to use the ombudsman. please do not use bryte insurance for building and household contents.
I am insured with Rodel underwritten with Bryte insurance for household, building and car insurance. My premiums are up to date, when I put in a claim due to damages after the rains that we had in kzn recently , I was advised that an adjuster will be coming to do an inspection. P.S. I did some research on this company that they send and found out that they reject most claims based not on scientific facts but rather race. my claim was rejected and which I knew it would be because me being a person of colour. Bryte advised that the adjuster claims its old damages , my point is why did bryte not send the adjuster before taking my premiums every month to check thatIi am not over paying on my premiums if theres any damages that were there and wont be covered. please if you are not a white person I suggest that you do not take bryte or rodel as companies to insure with. I will be taking my almost R2000 a month elsewhere. I will try and post about these 2 companies as much as can to notify as many people as can.
I have been a client of Netstar for couple of years. They have been debiting my account monthly, but my tracker hasn't been working for over a year. when I tested it and complained they never gave me a refund for all that months, all they did was put in a new tracker which is still not working. They contact centre agents are rude or just disconnects the calls. I have all transactions ,recordings and emails to forward to the ombudsman.
in february 2023 my score was nearly 800 in may this year it dropped down to 600. i have only 1 account .when i try to contact trans they make you to go through the whole recorded voice and then cuts off. i am also a paying member of Transunion. they really do not understand the effects of their incompetence .
brooks and luyt including Nedbank are the worst con artist to deal with. I received a settlement from brooks which when i arranged to get the money to settle my account they then withdrew the settlement and advised its Nedbank who did . I contact Nedbank they say its brooks who did . I finally paid what we settled on , now they make me run from pillar to post for my settlement letter. how is this 2 companies still in operation or legal. All these banks are 1 big ****.
Casino tropez Is a **** when ever u try to cash out they block you and request document's that were already sent.
brooks and luyt have the worst service ever. they will call continually call and pester u but when we try to contact them u never can get through. i have had enough with trying to settle my account now i have to sent them my attorneys letter with records of all calls and emails . they can now meet me in court because i no longer am working and cannot afford any payments now as i used the money for medical bills. can anyone take a company like brooks and luyt serious.
