Unrealible fiber
Guys consider not being valued, three days fibertime not working, and we recharged, we expecting to continue where their technical issues started, but hell no they say no refund meaning that donated now I have to go and buy another voucher, so everytime with their technical issues we loose, which I believe they won't stop anytime soon. It's better to vuma cause they do understand different between their issues versus us. If it's my issues it's fine but this time it was them. Still they can't compensate extra hours for money lost

I regret taking cover
At your own risk where you see these name Affinity run for your life. They are cruel more than death itself, I hv been paying my life cover for 4years I now in state I can not afford to, I don't even owe it, I called requested cancelation they told me no refund remember guys I hv been paying meaning if they surrender it I lost all my money. Which is mine I'm not saying full amount I payed but atlist half of that was gonna be better now I'm forced to continue with it. It's useless.

Dissapointed and hurt
Affinity funeral. My partner died last week, I'm trying to claim, I was told everything is fine they waiting for management, after your consultant drop the call on me 😭to think I did review you before not knowing I'm gonna be crying to over a services that deduct our money. I'm so dissapointed I hope my issue will be fixed, I hv to bury father of my kids

I have so many years...
I have so many years with them, (Affinity Funeral) my spouse died 19 I tried to claim last week Friday till today they never called me, ti called asked to be called back which they did the consultant told me I submitted everything but they still waiting for management to give them go ahead to process after he dropped the call on me.

You doing a great job I'm proud. But I'm pleading with favor I need from you. As long client I value you. I faced a lot in life but you never dumped me regardless of my troubles, the star I left befind is for you guys to reconsider creating birthday plan. I myself I'm a single struggling mom and 21st year celebration is very important to me. I can't afford to provide my kids their desires but if I save for them it can be doable. Knowing it's investment when they celebrate they will be insured money I saved they can inherit that. It will help us a lot single mothers who plays a mother and father role. Please think about And we deserve cash back please

I never experienced any trouble I love their product,I look nice because of the box fashion,lately I requested membership to be on hold ,I sent email on Sunday ,by Monday my request was already sorted out .I will recommend it to my friends and family . Delivery is quick 😊🤗👍
