I sent money with Nedbank via Western Union on the 6th of June, the recipient couldn't receive the payment. I don't understand why, I asked for reversal but Nedbank said it will be in my account after 30 days, it's the 8th today an still nothing. I sent an email to Western Union sometime last month but it seems like everyone is just quiet. I just want the reversal of my money.
Okay so I bid on a car, paid and got it and we are happy with it. Pressing matter is how I'm not yet refunded after sending documents 2 weeks ago and no one is responding to my emails. Can I kindly request for my refund?
International payment - Western Union- being sent from one person to another . On the 6th of June I made a payment using Western Union money transfer via my Nedbank account. The receiver didn't receive as they kept on sending her back for more documentation. Fine I contacted Nedbank and Western Union, no answer. I further went to the branch and the sweet lady there put me on a call with the department that deals with international payments, the person who was on the other side said I must wait for the 6th of July that payment will be reversed into my account but she will call and confirm, which she never did. Today I contact the bank as there's nothing in my account, they then give me another number and email to use. I sent the email - no response, I called -all agents are busy. Nedbank what's the story??????
An agent came to our house and I requested a call back since they are working with Evotel and they had a special that month. I spoke to the agent after a week or so and I told her that we might be moving as we have promise of a new job. She said she will keep everything on hold and make a note of what I said. A month later she called and I told her that we moved indeed so we won't need fibre anymore, that was end of February. End of march they debited my account, unfortunately they didn't get any money but they left my account in arrears. I immediately called Evotel,they gave me mweb contacts. I called no answer, I sent an email, no reply. Few days later they sent an email to say service has been cancelled, but I am liable for early cancellation. Today again they tried debiting my account. They have never provided any service to me, what am I being charged for? Mweb just want to debit and make themselves a quick buck. Pathetic service provider.
It's been a month since multichoice promised to refund us OUR money which was mistakenly deposited into their account. Everytime we call they say before the end of the week. We can't buy uniform nor pay schoolfees thanks to them.
My husband took his phone to a Cell C store in Waterfall mall, Rustenburg over a month ago as it got damaged. He got charged excess which he paid after numerous calls to the provider. Everytime he makes a follow up he does'nt get a straight answer as to when he's going to receive his phone back. Each consultant has a different story. This is rather annoying as we pay each month and we also paid excess.
