I had a very bad experience with Pedros (Shop 22 Pinetown) and its the second time I'm writing a review coz my money has not reflected into my account and no one has took time to call me since Friday. Yesterday I called they said I should send a bank statement I did that but no one called and said they received the email, I'm frustrated coz it's my money.
I went to buy Chicken Paella at Pinetown Pedros (half) then I used a card to pay it declined then the cashier said we should try again still it declined then afyer few secomds I received a notification that both transactioms went through but they didn't help me they said it didn't went through, mind you they charged me for 2 meals and I didn't get anything the manager had an attitude, I'm so annoyed I was hungry and I didn't have extra money and they told me to ask "someone" to give me money, imagine!! They failed me...
I'm not happy with the service, their numbers are not working I was ****med yesterday and when I try to report with email they take their time to respond. The service is terrible!
Worst worst courier ever, I ordered with my friend same day and hers it was delivered a week ago and mine keep on saying "carrying in with the next stage" I mean what the hell is that, I wish mine was couried by Buffalo best courier ever!!
Sntandard bank is ****ming us, I paid R1k+ for something that I don't know and when I try to ask them they told me something about over draft this lady tried to explain but tje explanation was useless and ununderstandable coz the money is gone, teied to tell them to close the funeral cover in that department they didn't answer their call for at least 15 minutes and I droped it and now I'm sitting at - R91.22 of which I don't know what is it for and it will increase I will end up paying so much again. I'm so frustrated right now.
Shein has refunded me but Capitec is not releasing my funds I'm not sire why coz normally it takes about 2 days when I ask them they are telling me that I sholud get a letter from Shein, I mean whats that? Shein always refund me there was not any day that they ever send me the letter. This os absurd!
I went to OK Pinetown branch on the 3rd of June I wanted to ask about a layby of the trending 8kg washing machine the guy I found there told me I should bring my Id, I asked hohw many months for a layby he told me that it's 6 months unless its on special it takes 4 months, then I went back today to do a layby and the story changed they told me that they don't do layby on the machine I was so disappointed coz I took a taxi to go there for nothing.
Department of home affairs in Mbazwana is kaak, went there since Thursday last week to collect my smart card they were out of service due to network, went there again on Tuesday and Wednesday same story and they forced me to do a smart card and when I went to collect they can't help. Spent whole days there, how come a place of government without a backup...
To whom it may concern Hi, I've been trying to order online from Uber Eats and its says I must change payment method after that they took R99.24 of which I don't understand why they took my money because I don't owe them anything and how come they were able to deduct R99.24 in my account but fail to deduct the one that I was ordering with.
