I bought a coffee table last November , thinking it was wood, only to find that it is covered with wallpaper , and it's starting to peel off. 😳,please do better,your furniture is nice but the quality is whack 😒
I was at the branch at springs mall yesterday 19 december 2025, Zweli Brta was my assistant and I asked him for a puma sneaker size 11 but they had 10 on the floor both of them were on The floor (dirty) one had even a black mark on it, which i then told them Iam actually looking for a size 11 Bandile the store manager said size 11 is on the system meaning they have it but then we all three agreed to say let me take the size 10 so my son can fit and if its small then I will bring them back,I did bring them back but now they are refusing to take them and claiming i made them dirty when I found them in that condition,Bandile phoned his regional managerNomasonto Mdaweni who is extremely rude and refuses to hear the side of my story and standing with her store assistans,I explained to her that this is the condition I found the shoes in but she is not hearing now iam left stranded because I need the shoes or my refund so I can purchase them in another store since they customer service is -0 The store Manager Bandile even said he was going to ask the security guards to escort me because I was refusing to leave without my refund,the service is so appalling they are so rude side step needs to do better

I would like to give thanks to Thelma from UFO furniture at mall at carnival for her outstanding customer service she made sure that she provides me with such an excellent service she Made sure that the base set was replaced iam happy and I can safely say Iam satisfied thanks again Thelma
Hi,I bought a bed at UFO furniture at mall@carnival on the 26th of January 2023,I laid a complaint about the quality of the bed in February just after the warranty had lapsed,I spoke then spoke to the manager Thabiso who tried his level best to assist and he had referred the matter to Christie who is the supplier for them,she then said she will only replace the base while I had specifically told her that the base is not the only problem with the base set but the entire set,she requested that I log another complaint for the mattress which I did but yesterday I was told I need to pay a warranty fee inorder for them to replace the entire base set I was obviously not happy because 1.the quality of the base set is very bad 2.if they could replace the base without any fee why iam I required to pay a fee for the noisy mattress because as far as iam concerned their brands are advertised as quality furniture 3.why are they overlooking the fact that it could be a factory fault with the base set that I bought even though the warranty has lapsed but does that mean their lifespan of their beds is only limited to a year,mind you the base set is not even 2 years old 4 my weight is not even that much to create such uncomfortable noise I have submitted all that they requested to prove to them that the problem is with their base set it has absolutely nothing to do with wear and tear as their rude customer service consultant Gerald has Pointed out 5.lastly I don't have a problem with paying the fee for as long as they are going to provide me with a new and more durable base set because according to them I must pay and receive the very same mattress quality as the one iam complaining about,what purpose does that serve and how does that help me as their customer ? Thelma from the store is also trying her level best to assist as their consultant has been ignoring my calls and emails their overall customer service is below minimum especially coming from that Gerald customer care service consultant and their supplier Christie who lack empathy and cannot provide proper customer service.
