Made a cash send Via my App to myself, went to withdraw at an ATM - Money never came out, However the App is saying redeemed at 06:41 how is this possible? when a slip printed the exact time giving the below info. Worst service - Wish i knew sooner what was waiting for me, took a car from NFC in December 2025, NFC advertised the Car as New, 1 Month later and the car has a Break down ask when the car goes for repairs will i get a Courtesy Car - NFC reply NO - Asked when the car goes for Repairs how will the installment be calculated NFC reply I'm liable for the whole months rental, how is this fair towards us as paying customers now i need to use additional funds to get to work- Beware people companies like NFC is quick to take our deposits and money and not giving us Quality products. Good day, @Debt Busters, please correct the listing of Under Debt Review from my Credit Profile, on your Site when i log in it shows Zero Debt Review Balance this is due to me cancelling the Debt review Process and telling Debt Busters i do not want to continue with being placed under Debt review why does it show I'm under Debt review, all my creditors are being paid by me so why would it show under Debt review on my credit Profile, please get someone to do their Jobs and fix what ever you did
Absa, why is it so difficult to get a Original Natis paper, i phoned 0860669669 and was told due to getting the security questions wrong i need to go inside a branch, I've done so a few times the branch i visited was Karaglen Absa, i was helped and they even gave a Ref no. the account is still not Closed after I've settled it i owe Zero on the account - Why is it not Closed on your side can someone please help me Thanks. Good day, still waiting since 17 Jan 2025 for an update on a claim, I keep sending emails and the replies i get is, it was escalated to the Back office this is frustrating really can someone just do their job . claim no. Withdrawal claim #5136775 Assessment 194 days ago in what world can a claim still be assessed 194 days and still not finalized. Come on Alexander surly your team can do better
Worst Experience ever no feedback what so ever phone calls after phone calls to ask for feedback, what's app messages with no luck to get helped issue escalated so many times always being told this person is not giving any response or this person is not avail won't recommend Debt busters to my worse enemy was told will be refunded still waiting
Worst Customer service I've ever not helpful at all - have a Contract with them wanted to cancel suddenly a Cancellation Fee needs to be paid if cancelled within 12 months - i requested to stay with them for the remainder of my Contract however i relocated and want to move the WIFI now the new Contract send for the relocation is for another 12 Months with the same binding 12 Months cancellations Fee @Vox what don't you understand i want only to finish my remaining months with you and then be done with you can someone please assist guys be careful read carefully before excepting anything from VOX worst experience I'm having Currently.
Teljoy for the pass 2 months I have been sending proof of payment I even called and was given an email address where proof of payment was suppose to be send I did that so today I phone again and was told the payment was not allocated why is this my problem after 2 months already the payment was done to make things worse they listed me on ITC as 1 month behind please I'm requesting the debit that is still going off on the 1st to be stopped this debit was suppose to be 1 month only and I paid it 2 months back secondly I need my ITC record updated immediately
