As of 12:00 this afternoon, there has been no update on the tracking number, no confirmation of dispatch, and no real-time courier movement. I contacted support and was told the delay was due to “extended quality checks,” yet no proactive communication was sent before the delivery deadline passed. I was assured the matter was being “closely monitored,” but several hours later there is still no concrete update, no verified tracking information, and no transparency on whether the item has even been shipped. Offering a discount code for a future purchase does not resolve the immediate issue caused by a missed delivery commitment and lack of communication. This experience has been frustrating, disruptive, and avoidable with honest timelines and proper customer updates. I would strongly caution others against scheduling anything important around Revibe’s stated delivery dates.
Absolutely appalling experience with Supabets! My husband won a amount of money, but when it came time to withdraw, they sent the cash wallet number but not the PIN. We've been calling non-stop, and the customer service has been a joke. They keep escalating the issue, but no one seems to be able to fix the problem. It's like they're just stringing us along. We're now taking this to the National Gambling Board, as we're fed up with the lack of assistance. Avoid Supabets at all costs if you want to keep your money. One plan does not do well. Especially when u are sick. I put in a claim to go the doctor, as my husband is really sick. The doctor we need to go to does not take cards. Only cash. We tried to withdraw the money but the card was inactive. We tried messaging on the WhatsApp line and no one is giving us a direct answer. The money Is loaded on their side but there is nothing on ours. Now have to deal with people who can't answer a straight message and talking to a computer while being sick and now dealing with this as well. I thought it was supposed to be easy and efficenct. It's not. I am canceling my claim and the insurance this month.

The code doesn't work so I WhatsApp them on Friday the 1st and asked if someone can help me and I am still waiting. The person said they will find the right person for me to answer my question but they left me on read. Wanted to buy a few items for Christmas with a nice deal but nothing.
