THIS IS A CRY FOR HELP In July both Vuma and Flycool debited from my account, when i reported this, i had to wait for 6 months for my refund, after they refunded me i asked for debit order cancellation and that i will pay it by myself every month(prepaid) they cancelled my debit order and provided me with an easy pay number, i paid from my bank using an easy pay number, after i paid nothing happened, i gave it time and reported it the next day, nobody seem to assist, every day i have to explain the same thing to every agent and they keep on saying my payment was unsuccessful, i then explain my story, they disappear and the next day it's somebody else and i must update them every time, what is frustrating me is that i can't even call them.
KFC NU 15 next to Fort Jackson Prison I am not happy with their treatment, this is the 3rd time this is happening and it's during the evenings, giving me incomplete orders.....out of these 3 times, 1 time i turned back went and reported and they rectified my order......this is not fair, i can't keep on going back there as i'm not owning a car, i don't drink alcohol so it's not a matter of me being drunk and not remembering what happened, it's so much of an inconvenience.
Every time i have a problem with Vumatel, i contact Home Connect via whatsapp and they always call back to explain even though they are not my ISP and i would like to switch to Home Connect, if any can help me please shout........high five to Banele from Home connect.
I am writing this and i am furious, there is absolutely no one to help you when you need their help, no number to call whatsoever, this is the 2nd week without internet and when you write them on whatsapp they don't respond, and in emails too, they just give you the ticket no, MY REF NO IS: SA330785
It's 4 months now since I've been communicating with them about my premium, in February they sent an sms about the premiums that are going up and also prompted that if you want to remain on the old premium you only get 84% cover and i filled out a form to say i want to remain and till now i have not received a satisfactory response, i call every week some days they promise me a refund for those months and some days they know nothing about a refund, my old premium was R541 and now it's R699 and to me that is too much, why do they give you options if they are not going to follow?
I would like to thank Mondo for resolving the issue i had, i went to MTN to check again the contract was cancelled and bill was also cleared and i'm no longer in collections...... hoping my credit score will go back to normal
I was sold a wrong deal, they delivered 2 sim cards instead of 1 and when i called to enquire about it i asked them to cancel..... And that was May and every time i send an email they say the cancelation is still in progress, last week i went to MTN outlet and the told me my account is handed over to collections department, i need help
