Worst customer service ever!
Customer service is appalling, I received my item with missing parts and it only lasted a week then broke, they refused to refund me saying I stole the missing parts they never sent me so they have both the product and my money and the case is going absolutely nowhere. I wont use them again after this!

Loot is pretty good, never had a bad experience with them, secure shipping with tracking witch is great.

Pathetic & useless
Absolutely pathetic I will never use them again. I got scammed from a chinese company that pretended to be American and they were totally useless trying to get my money back. They didnt even try to be honest. Customer service wat so bad I eventually just gave up. The scammer won and ran off with my money after they defended him. The whole experience was just so frustrating and pathetic that I was actually jut glad it was over and I didnt have to deal with them ever again even though I never got my money bck.

Customer service isnt too bad they always get back to you and replace or refund faulty or wrong items easy payment and fastish shipping.

You cant go wrong with takealot they pretty good 99% of the time. And always fast and secure shipping with tracking.

Not impressed!
Its been 10 days now and I still did not received my order with no response from them after emailing them a number of times!! I cant get in contact with them at all and I doubt my order is on its way. Did not get notified when my order was ready and I got no shipping updates up to this point.
