Bought a second steering rack from Grandmark because i thought the first one was going to be assessed for two weeks with Goldwagen. Took it back 7 days over the return policy date and recieved my full cash back not even a store credit. Extremley great service from the Glen Anil Branch. I did not expect to get fully refunded in cash.
Vodacom left me without no reception in my home for over a month, which is still not resolved. Imagine you cant even use your home internet solution just for you to increase the price. Its been over a month i have been told the tower is down. Imagine working for Vodacom and still not being able to get help or some sort of information on whats going on. I dont even know if the tower is going to be repaired since vodacom gives 0 Feedback on whats even going on. Please contact me and not the router. Its common sense not to phone a customers router number for feedback and then magically close the call due to the customer being unavailable.
Took a sample of brake discs and pads to SDMS Midas Umgeni for a Opel Corsa lite. I was given fiesta/mazda break pads part number D3117S. After fitting them on my car I realized that they were too thick as my brake pads are rubbing on the discs even when not engaged. Took them back and the staff seem to be blaming my mechanic saying there is nothing wrong with the pads and that there is nothing they can do to assist me when it is clearly there staffs negligence. Nobody is held accountable for this as they make it seem as if its my fault this has happened.
Orderd a product on the 16th of march. A week later the website vanished. customer service replied once then ghosted me. You cant even report them because they are uncontactable. CGSO and Ombud cant do jack. Just make peace with your hard earned money wasted. Everyone should just report them. since i was told i am the only person that reported them.
I ordered a couple of products from pc link last year but I used the wrong reference by mistake. Long story short it took me 2 to 3 weeks to get it rectified as they only reply to your email after 4 to 5 working days which is terrible. Once it was sorted out the website tracking was never updated and the product just arrived with me stressing whether the issue was resolved. I wouldn't say they scammers but they do not let you know what's going on. They really need to get more staff helping with queries.
Takealot has the best customer service and communication. There prices are sligthy higher than most online stores but they always keep you updated. I have never had a problem with warrenty as they have always replaced my products without problems. I did once receive the completely wrong product I order but they rectified it and sent me the correct products one week later.
There communication is terrible. A what's app that just reads your messages without replying. There number just rings and is never answered. Took me 3 to 4 weeks before I received my package and feedback took 3 weeks. You rather deal with another company even if there prices are abit higher. They deserve one star but since I did receive my package after a very long time.
