I have been trying to get my withdrawal of R100 for the past 2 weeks assistance what's so ever tried the support that does not work e-mailed them have not gotten a response till today
I won R140 from betway played with R40 withdraw R100 there app says withdrawal paid it's been three days I have not received any massage from them so that I can withdraw my R100 and there support is not responding at all just wandering if it was more money would not recommend that app to any one try other gambling apps not betway
Smartops is a **** they repossessed a car I was renting out from them and bluu car rentals yesterday, I was renting a Renault Triber one of those bolt branded ones, Rental R2524, branding R825, Subscription R200, admin R110, extra km R1140.35, my surplus R300, So my balance for this week was R4799.35, I worked my ass of this past weekend sleeping three hours a day and on top of that my cash trips where blocked I did 90% of my trips with card payment for the past two weeks bolt did a technical error and payed them R 3309.47 and payed me R788 so this R788 was supposed to go to them so the money that they would have received was going to be R4609.47, and my outstanding balance was going to be R189,but since they get paid be for me I thought the R788 was mine as usual I get paid last they called could not reach me they sent me an email that I owe them R1140 I was shocked at that amount because way would bolt pay me R788 when they are still owed called them tried to understand the situation they told me if I don't pay in the next 30minits the car will be repossessed told them I don't have the money as I was still blocked to receive cash trips they did not even offer a payment plan since it was not even my fault owing them that much and this was my second week driving with them they sad I must take the car to bluu car rentals in Kempton park I could not do that because I wouldn't have money to go home because my last R200 I had poured petrol on the car told them that they sad ok it's fine they will collect and they will charge me for that,I am still waiting for bluu car rentals to charge me for the collection and all I can say very good service when subscribing to them and collecting the car owe them something you will regret ever crossing paths with them I don't know way bolt allows companies like these to exploit the some people that are part of making them what the are as a company today and what company reposses on first payment that you are short on not even miss but Short on and with an error that was not even done buy you I would not recommend any one to use SMARTOPS AND BLUU CAR RENTALS and on top of that I will have to be subscribed to them up until I pay what ever they say I owe them and I can't unsubscribe, even when I am done paying the amount they will be sending me the invoice this week to unsubscribe I have to pay a fee of R 1140 just imagine, I would advise for any one that wants to work with SMARTOPS AND BLUU CAR RENTALS, RUUN.....and the is know welcome bonus of R2000 for 200 trips in 20 days that's a sham where's mine 🥴🥴
I bort a return ticket from Johannesburg to Grahamstown on the computicket website the payment was successful up until I went to try and collect the bus tickets the bus company told me that computicket **** the booking and the cancelled it and they never refunded me back my money so I had to buy another ticket from my own pocket again and if I read the reviews about them I would have never used them at All, went to my bank that I used to buy the tickets and I was told it might take up to 45 working days for the situation to be resolved so now I have to make other ways for transport money to go back home I would never advice any one to use computicket ever again
I was enquiring about bolt and Uber rentals today they put me in contact with the guy called Ben his in charge of e-healing rentals I get in contact with him hi tells me to take his number and contact him on WhatsApp so hi can send me the required information when you want to rent e-healing rentals I do that after an hour I try to call him hi does not respond I call the company again the put me through his line no one answers I call the company after 15minits they put me through his line again hi answers the call the guy with a full chest told me to learn to have patience I will be attended to when attended or I can gladly try other companies that was the most shocking response I have ever gotten from a service provider company and they say there calls are recorded if the sales person is like that how much more the management I would never ever look anywhere where the is Pace car rental and any company that is associated with Pace car rentals
I have been waiting for a sales consultant to finalize my application it's the third day today and what's been so annoying is that im the one calling and they have been telling the same thing. Some one will call in the next ten minutes it's the third day no one has called or maybe they have more important clients to deal with
