BREACH OF CONTRACT.
I had a rent to own contract, which stated that if you don't pay 3 consecutive weeks your contract gets terminated. I had a problem with the car since it was also self maintenance, communicate with them that I was waiting for a break master cylinder from Suzuki. There was no way i could have drove a car without breaks. After owing a week I got the car fixed but to my surprise they kept on immobilizing the car in the morning and turning it on at night which made it very difficult to work and pay. They BREACHED MY CONTRACT because it was not even 3 weeks. I still had enough time to cover the shortfall. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone wanting a long term contract. All thanks to Rea such a rude and arrogant lady from their accounts department.

Rental agreement
I rented a car to owne from Pace car rantal for ehelling for almost a year I payed R20000 deposit for the car but unfortunately I was involved in accident the driver who caused the accident was drunk driving, and reckless but their insurance didn't replace me with other vehicle I have to loose like that when i talk to pace representatives they said I have to pay other deposit of 20000 and start new contracts for other four years of which is not fair according to their contract and I never missed any payment I was paying R8400 a month I didn't missed any payment i owe them nothing

Pathetic service
On the 22 April 2025 I went to pace car rental because I used them before and was happy, but that day I needed information about ehailing rent to buy and some guy showed me the right door, I got inside at 15hrs and a guy called Ben without even greeting me ask if I have copies I said no then he asked me to go and get copies which I did, I came back before 16hrs and I told the guy I need information about ehailing rent to buy , he asked me if I did copies of bolt app screens hots and I said yes then he gave me a form to fill without giving me any information as I requested, the guy left me sitting at his disk until 17hrs when everyone was packing and I asked "are you guys closing" and they said yes, so I asked Ben s colleague where is ths guy and what is the next step since the guy left me here, she said take this banking details and deposit R10 000 then we can talk, because I know pace I used them before I did immediate EFT and send POP to zanele@paceautoserces.co.za but she never rep****, I sent another email to confirm but no reply so I think I just got ****ed by Pace car rental,

Terrible Service @ Pace
I have had a very bad, bad experience with pace Fleet Services. I dropped off my car yesterday (30Jan2024) for service at 8am after booking it in. I was sent a quotation around 9am which I approved. I did not get any feedback until I called @13:00 the service advisor then advised that my car was not even sent to the workshop because they had too many cars. I was ****ed off because dropped the car on time, why they book too many cars at the same time for service? That not good enough. The service advisor then told me he will call early today (31Jan2024) to tell me what happening, it's now 11am no feedback at all, I have been trying to call all morning no answer. What *** service is this?

Terrible Service @ Pace

Good day I have been to Pace Mutiple times. The people working there don't know what they are doing. A guys named Manqoba he doesn't know anything and this manager. They keep on taking my car and fixing it. One month after I have to take it back. My car has been by them for more than 8 times. Earn a car has taken so much money from me. They keep on asking for money but don't fix my car. This is the most *********** people I have ever met. My car went in for service and they didn't check any safety checks. They gave me a courtesy car. That almost caused an accident. the car just switched off and the steering locked. They came back and said the car is fine YOH!!!

I was enquiring about bolt and Uber rentals today they put me in contact with the guy called Ben his in charge of e-healing rentals I get in contact with him hi tells me to take his number and contact him on WhatsApp so hi can send me the required information when you want to rent e-healing rentals I do that after an hour I try to call him hi does not respond I call the company again the put me through his line no one answers I call the company after 15minits they put me through his line again hi answers the call the guy with a full chest told me to learn to have patience I will be attended to when attended or I can gladly try other companies that was the most shocking response I have ever gotten from a service provider company and they say there calls are recorded if the sales person is like that how much more the management I would never ever look anywhere where the is Pace car rental and any company that is associated with Pace car rentals
