I purchased a phone from Phonetradr, but it was unavailable. They've assured me that a refund is on the way, yet it's been a week, and I still haven't received it; I am trying to call sending emails to no avail. I expect prompt action on this matter.

I don't believe what Truworths did to me, I have paid my account in time and even sent a proof of payment done follow ups to check if it was received but no one helped, can Truworths stop being useless,do your job and fix my credit otherwise I will take this far Is this how you should treat your customers? Is not fair at all because now you have the nerve to call and send smses that my paid account is overdue.
I would like to lay a complaint about Triple advanced/Tadfin loans Well I took a loan with Tripple Advanced /Tadfin loans our agreement was that they debit from my payroll end of May, but they did not debit which was not my fault but theirs, horribly they made it mine by moving my account to collections that was also fixed when they debit from payroll in June, they moved it back then the debit order ran perfectly in July, they debited from the payroll but in August I was no longer working for Adcorp, I did advise them on the 24th of august hence I know that debit should run on the 28th, I have requested their banking details they did not provide them in time they only came back to me on the 05th of September with a settlement letter then I saw that the letter states that I need to settle by the 12th of September, I then requested if I pay on the 20th if there won't be any penalties they confirmed that there are no penalties if I pay on the 20th What frustrate me now is that they telling me now about penalties as I am about to pay tomorrow the 20th of September Tadi loans/ Tripple advance, I am not going to pay any penalties, otherwise, as a customer, I am going to use my rights to take this far it's against the law, and it is not fair at all Please urgently solve it.
