I placed an order on the Mc Delivery App, I was sent details, the driver never arrived, and cancelled the order. No food was delivered, and my money has not been returned.
I am so annoyed that I have to this everytime. I received an sms from a Kelly at Cell c about a debit order that I have stopped, cause I make cash payments, and here we are cell c taking money from my account again. When will this stop. I can't keep resending documents every year, what are you doing with it?
In March 2024, I sent cell c all my details to not do debit orders from my account. I've been making payments at the atm and sending them proof of payment every month, yet they still take debit orders. I've been on countless calls the hole of 2024, and still this is not resolved, I've been asked to send all my documents which I've sent to proof why no debit orders should go from my account, and here I am with the same problem again. Cell c please get your act together, this is wasting my time.
Sunday Dec 1st, vumatel/Afrihost took their funds, then at 1am Monday 2nd Dec my router has been flashing a red light, on whatsapp they hardly respond, and when they do they unable to say what the issue is. No technician has been assigned to my house, when they called they told my husband that they don't know what the information on the ticket means.
I bought C***** 800g White Cheddar Cheese, which expired on the 25th of September 2024. What angers me the most is, Checkers does not check their shelves, and the staff working for c***** also just packs their products, yet we pay so much money for these products. The same app**** for their Tropika juice the small one, and the 2litre. We always need to check the expiry dates, because the shop always have products that expires in 2days, or it has expired already.
I am highly disappointed the the juice Apple flavor. I purchase Rhodes juice on a monthly basis, i posted in December on social media, and I was ignored. I purchased juice again a few days ago, and the exact same thing is happening, more than 4 boxes are all swollen up, and damaged. I sent emails but no reply.
I purchase Rhodes juice from 1Up Cash And Carry monthly. Since December every 24 box of Apple have fermented/damaged box juice in. I have sent emails, and I am being ignored. What is disappointing is that stock that is damaged should not be displayed in the shop for customers to purchase.
It's been almost a month, when I email I get ignored soo here I am again. I have no account with you, so why are you keeping my money in a cell c account. It should be refunded to my bank account that you took it from. I am contacting my lawyers, this is disappointing. I will never go into business with you guys.
For the past month, I have been calling, and sending emails for money that was taken from my account, and no-one can give me straight answers. I have sent my Bank Statement like 6 time, from various email addresses, and yet you guys still say you have not received it. I have a reference confirming that you have received my documents. I have to call every single day, and on top of that you guys tell me that my simcard that I have for over 10 years is not RICA, so I have to go do that as well. Refund my money or I am taking this further.
So I placed an order for a 10cm × 5m waterproofing on 24th April, my order arrived on May 4th, and I received x2 2.5m waterproofing, so I want to log a return they say the product may not be returned, so I emailed them to express my frustration, and still no reply. I purchased over thousands for this company every month, and not just me my entire house holds and lately the standards and service we receive is unacceptable.
