Terrible.... salesman, fni, manager and dp are people who tell stories and have no customer service. It is truly the worst experience I have ever had buying a car from any dealership(ive bought over 8 cars in 10 years - all from dealerships).... They have left a bad taste in my mouth and i will never step foot into any cmh group and I will neither recommend them to anyone. It is shocking how they are still operating and have jobs because i cannot believe i would be the only person to have a bad experience there.... if every single employee is rotten then that whole business ethic there is rotten.
Poor service from woolworths... I bought online to click and collect stock. I bought a promotion for 2 Listerine at 20 percent less. They didn't have the flavor I wanted so I said they could substitute.... apparently substitution means you don't get the discount anymore even though the substitute also has the 20 percent off... when i email them to tell them to credit I basically get told that how it works so tough.... Flippen pathetic. if you can't run the online shop properly and offer the services properly rather not do it. I will not recommend the woolworths shop online at all to anyone... it will also be the last time i do shopping online with them as they feel the need to ***** their customers. For all i know the shop gets told to lie about the substitutions so they can save the money. Very poor service from a company that is supposedly top notch.
The service from bonitas has gone down the last three years. i emailed on jan 8 regarding my daughter being admitted into hospital for a tooth extraction and would it be covered. My daughter is 4 and needs to be sedated. Due to never being under sedation and them not being sure if she has an allergy they wanted it done in hosiptal for incase. no one bothered emailing me back till i emailed again saying no one has bothered to reply. Someone eventually emailed on the 15th saying yes about which hospital and that a certain percentage would be covered. I told the dentist to go ahead and book now im getting a decline letter stating that its not covered. so which is it? Please get someone who is trained to reply to me and let me know what i must do. The child is 4 and is in pain and no one seems interested in trying to help her. If thats the attitude i am to receive from bonitas then perhaps i must also show no interest in paying.
Please can someone get hold of me with regards to my private banker. Apparently my old one left and i have a new one but i dont know how to get hold of them. Ive phoned through to call centre but no one has been helpful.
This below complaint was put through onto hellopeter on the 15th.... since then standard bank has **** multiple times about getting hold of me and forwarding it onto the correct team to sort out. Im still waiting. You deserve ZERO stars for the poor service i have received. I went into standard bank midlands mall. Absolutely pointless as no one knew anything or how to help me. I found out more googling myself then i did from your supposed trained staff. I am trying to sell my house and my bond is through standard bank. I phoned your call centre and was told to go into a branch. I am aware you need to write a letter that you are trying to sell to avoid penalties fees but no one knows nothing. I also need to access funds from my mibco money as I've been approved for another place but need to pay fees and do a bit of renovations.... again neither the call centre or the branch knows anything. I need someone who is trained to call me and help me because ive done what i can on my side. If my place sells and I havent written a letter i will refuse to pay any penalties fees as its not my fault no one in your business can help me.

Your service has gone down big time.... ever since my partner has been diagnosed with cancer its a constant battle to get things processed your paid by your guys. Its PMB but apparently nothing is getting paid for. I have been emailing since the beginning of february and no one has even bothered to reply to my emails. I have even stated if you guys dont want me as a customer send me the cancellation forms. You guys dont care. flippen ******* service. You guys use to be the best but now you are a waste of time. I want answers as to why you are not paying. The amount R1729-50 30-01-24 and the R1180-90 13-2-24.
I am angry beyond belief with Bonitas and will be taking this further through to the ombudsman if this issue is not resolved. My partner is being treated for cancer(PMB) and last week had to go on for scans to see if everything was ok. We requested authorization and it was approved... Now... Payment needs to be made and they are rejecting it. I WANT ANSWERS. I have emailed twice regarding the situation and I have had no joy. I have received such terrible service the last few months from them. I've been complaining as well about bloods he had to do in February... Again no joy as to why they are not paying even though again it's for his treatment. On the boncap members site it said it was being ready to paid and that's how it has stayed since then with no payment being processed. The company threatened to hand over and I had to pay it myself. When I emailed regarding being paid back no one even got back to me. Disgusting service. I've been with Bonitas since 2015 and have never had an issue now all they are is one BIG issue. They apparently changed some financial firm that deals with their payment.... How is this my problem... And if this is the case get rid of them because you are going to lose customers.
Please can someone contact me urgently via email. I will not answer phonecalls I don't know. Trying to phone call centre but no luck. I've paid into my Nedbank credit card from another account and not sure if I've paid to the right account or not. When I was at branch they told me select Nedbank credit card division on beneficiaries and then give my card number as a reference.... When I was was selecting the beneficiary there was nothing with that name just a Nedbank credit card designs.... So I paid into that. Not sure if it's right or not.
Again I'm here to complain about the makro online store. Clearly whoever is managing this department has no idea what they are doing especially the Springfield branch. I placed an order on the 29th of November hoping to get it in the 2-5 days delivery time as it was a birthday gift. That time has now lapsed and it looks like the order has disappeared into the system. On the 2nd of December I received an SMS that I must come pick it up from Springfield after specifying for it to be delivered. I then receive an SMS stating apologies for error it will be delivered. Now apparently on makro tracking it's been handed to courier dsv but dsv has no knowledge of that tracking number... Please can someone explain to me what is so difficult about putting one item on a truck to be delivered from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. I could have walked there and back allready at this rate. I'm complaining early because hopefully someone that has a brain replies and sends it to me before Christmas as I have now had to change my original plan. Either makro must shut down online store over festive season or get some else to manage it because whatever is going on there at the moment is clearly not working. Order number is 4091666
