Very bad service, they’re like the ANC
I wish there was a rating for a negative star! Your burgersfort branch Etlang at global garage treat customers like trash whilst even laughing. No more!

BB Nissan Polokwane unsatisfactory behaviour
Took my car in for service yesterday, dropped it off at 08:00 as agreed, then they said if there’s anything else they’ll call me. I received a call around 12:30 saying they can’t change brake pads because my service plan didn’t cater for it. I then gave them a policy number that I have that covers for the brake pads. Then I received no communication, so I assumed all was well. I went to the dealership around 14:10 as I wanted to check if they were done so I could go get my son from school. I found my car parked outside and I assumed they were done. Only for them to tell me to wait in the waiting area! For about an hour without any explanation. Then they drove the car to the back, I don’t know what for. Then the lady who was supposedly helping me KIM is her name, brought my keys after I’ve been complaining of waiting without an explanation, then she tells me they didn’t change the brake pads because she didn’t call the MFC to give them the policy number of the policy that covers brakes for me. I left the dealership around 15:30, car not fully serviced, and Kim was rude. Then I asked to speak to the manager and Kim just said he’s busy and that was it!

I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received from one Erwee at Auto City Kia Heidelberg! Here’s the story! He sold me a 2019 Nissan Navara and on the specs it said “navigation is standard”. When he delivered the car to my surprise it didn’t have the SD card for maps. I raised it with him and he said to me “you just buy an SD card and load it with maps”, and since well an SD card costs less than R200.00 I agreed. But when I wanted to do that, immediately after he left I then learnt that you can’t do that but you have to go to Nissan and they have to issue a card that’s pre loaded with maps! I raised the issue with him and I told him I can’t get it of which he said to me “I will do it on my side and deliver it”. To this date I haven’t received it and he has resorted to not talking to me anymore and blue ticking me on WhatsApp! I have conversations where he promised that it will be delivered. Even today still nothing. I feel ****** as I have been sold a car that’s not complete under the pretence that it was okay and I had not worry. I’ve took the matter up with lawyers and I would and I want to return the car for his dishonesty!

Not taking customers seriously
A very frustrating medical scheme, they declined the operation procedure I was supposed to undergo in January, I've joined them since November last year, to date I still haven't received my medical aid cards, it gets very frustrating when one has to go visit the Dr. If you have another option for a medical aid scheme please use it, this umvuzo is not user friendly and should actually be canceled, accessing a medical aid scheme shouldn't be this hard. Especially to members. I actually rate it -10 out of 10

Lack of professionalism
I wanted to register to study further with springfield, however they brought to my attention that I had registered before and had outstanding fees, I then wanted to know how do I go about paying my outstanding fees or if it was possible to add the fees to the current fees so I can register, the receptionist was clueless and referred me to write an email to their college. I wrote 5 emails and there hasn't been any response, I then used their whatsapp line and it's been a month of no action as the person in the whatsapp line says they can't help me and I should go to the college. How when college was the first place I started at?

Crooks and scammers
I wish there was a way we could get these crooks deregistered as a FSP, they are not truthful, the call centee agents are rude, they're app work until you put all your details and supporting documents and then nothing works anymore. I want to take them to the ombudsman so we can see if we can't sue these guys for messing up people's credit records and then playing hide and seek when accountability needs them. If ever you need a loan stay away from these scams and crooks called Finchoice.
