This is by far the poorest service you can receive. And the staff is not even bothered. Poor customer service.
Today is the 3rd time I come here to get the GRIMACE SHAKE for my kids. They have never had it. They're advertising it. No reason is given why it is never available. STOP ADVERTISING THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE!
If ever there was a hotel from hell, this is it. Rooms are terrible. Carpet is dirty and smelly. Bathroom atrocious, toilet smells of urine from the time you enter. This was my worst time ever. Couldn't wait to leave. And their refund policy? The pits! Made a booking were I indicated that I'll pay later, only to find that my husband made a payment. Lo and Behold! They took money from my account the following day. I phoned, told them on arrival, sent numerous emails, completed their refund form, followed up with emails and phone calls, and still... they are yet to refund me!! ****** of note!!!
Poor Service. Rejecting claims because the "assessor" insinuated that the report should be a certain way and wanted us to pay a bribe in order to have the claim approved. Sies! Never ever insure with iWyze.
