Unbelievable attitude. I am a pensioner but made a genuine error on my booking dates. Arrived on the 8th April to be told sorry you were a no show on the 7th April, if you want spend the night you will have to pay the same amount again. I mentioned again yes it is my error but pse make an exception, I have flown from Jhb and just landed. Not interested - your error pensioner or not pay or no room. I had to hurriedly find other accommodation and another Uber ride. It seems there is a could care less attitude at this hotel, stood outside in the rain after this debacle waiting for my next Uber ride. What a shocking experience and money down the drain. My error admittedly but wow have some empathy and a heart for us older folks especially in very trying conditions. I will never stay at any of this Groups hotels ever again. The only good thing was the receptionist who was very patient and understanding but obviously has no say in such matters. Sun International I am stunned by such lack of caring and empathy.
I had the audacity to ask if the vehicle advertised had a service history. Talk to the manufacturer Iwas told what did I expect for that price. Shocking attitude.
Bought a used car from this dealership with low mileage, it had supposedly been fully checked by their workshop. The vehicle broke down on a major highway less than 24 hours after taking delivery of it. It is now 6 weeks later and I am still waiting for full and final clarity in regard to the finance deal from the said dealer. This from a company that had the audacity to have a tag line professing that they make their customers happy. Nobody gets back to you including the management of Hyundai South Africa. What an absolute debacle from a so called major RSA new and used vehicle company. You should be ashamed of yourselves treating customers particularly pensioners like this. The only person who seems to understand service is the floor salesman
Huge disappointment and anger at what confronted us when we got to the back of our storage unit. Rain ingress damaged a lot of our valuable books etc. The roof on the unit was very rusted. Insurance can never replace books etc handed down from generation to generation. Will never ever use them again.
No feedback - promises made but nothing materializes.
The worst service imaginable. Bought a car 2 hours later it was in a turbo specialist for repairs. The turbo was about to fail it had a high pitched whine. Garage tells me because they gave me a discount I have no recourse. Its my problem - 2 hours after buying the car. They told me the vehicle is prefect they even have a Dekra check for it. When I asked for that report was told I can't have it. The turbo on the car must be going in the few kms from when I left the garage. Its unbelievable that a garage takes no responsibilty. I had to find me own way home 50kms they would not even apologize and I am a pensioner. What are my options?
