If I could rate no star . I cancelled an order within 2 hours of purchase 7 days ago. Takelot stalling with the refund. They said an agent will assist within a day, 7 days later not a single word . This is pathetic
Please Do not waste your time or money . I placed an order on the 22nd November , delivery scheduled today . Monday and Tuesday I called and emailed to check if the delivery is still happening and it did not . No communication, pathetic would be an understatement
Recently asked for my policy statement and payment recorded till July and keep in mind I've been paying monthly .. I'm transferring my policy to another company .. if this happens while I'm alive cannot imagine the runaround my loved ones would experience should I pass on . Contacted their service email with no luck
Truworths don't update statements. Three months in a row, had to email Proof of payment because payments are not reflected on the statement. took them 5 days to track, off which I dont understand how is that possible when using the acc number as reference. again today, I had Pop that I paid March 2nd. With this inconsistency, how are they updating credit reports. People need to keep their track of payments because they will end up paying more than they should
23.12.2023 after 6pm bought pants without fitting , on the 26.12.2023 fitted the pants and noticed there was a little tear on the waist area and at the bottom . 28.12.2023 took the pants to Ackerman's canal walk .. to my dismay the cashiers said I wore the pants with the tag.. so much disrespect and couth behaviour.. these are 250 pants that I supposedly wore and returned.. mind your the cashier first told me that I should wait aside so that she can assist the buying customer first
Train you can is refusing to refund for courses that I have not yet started. I paid in advance and did 2 courses that I asked for them to deduct and do a recon so that they can give me the remaining balance . I believe that this is against the consumer Act
3weeks requesting an invoice. being sent to different departments, but still no invoice
24th December wrote a review about old mutual . Pleased to update that the matter has been resolved. I believe the company in question could improve providing feedback to clients in the future and not wait for matters to be escalated. However I am thankful for the team for resolving my issue
09 October 2021 there were various transactions made on my account. Completed Fraud form and submitted all documents. To date, no results. Everytime I follow back the bank tells me that they are looking into the query. Today it 24th December 2021 , matter still not resolved.
