The serious lask of customer service is horrible , I'd give them zero stars if it was possible. Not only do your WhatsApp messages go ignored they just simply claim they don't get your emails either. Each month has become a battle to get payments out of them, they are very snobby when you ask when you can expect payment when the are in their "payment period" but when it passes the cutoff date then they only let you know they have had issues if you only call otherwise they keep quiet, you must smell they had issues. And the payment date has become later and later in the month. I would not recommend them at all you will have endless problems with service delivery and customer support.
End of January i closed my ABSA account and moved to Capitec Bank for cost reasons but since beginning of February I've been battling to do one simple thing that is to register my cell nu5for payshap. I called customer service they couldn't help told me to go to a branch, went to a branch they couldn't help either they then called customer service from the bank and i was told they will call me back same day. Day went by and still no answer or feedback. I called customer service again and still they couldn't help told me they will escalate it , a week went by and still no response. This is still on going with no answer or fix from Capitec we now in March and i still haven't heard from them is this the type of lazy service i can expect if so then i should rethink who i bank with if they can't even fix one simple thing. Truly disappointed.
I've been with vox so long now , never had issues but a week ago the had to do maintenance which lasted a week and in the entire time i had no Internet it lasted way past the end date of the maintenance window which ticked me off and now it's finally back on to only have horrible slow Internet speeds. Vox claims its my router which is funny it was working perfectly fine before the maintenance nonsense started. Im having constant buffering and also more people are having the very same issues so how can it be just my router? They don't want to own up with the fact somewhere they messed up and are not coming up with a fix im truly disappointed in vox on how much they have messed things up for their customers
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and irritation with the lack of resolution regarding my account at Vodacom. I have been given the run-around for a week now, being shunted between Customer Care, Cancellations, Billing, Rewards, and now PNR. It is unacceptable that PNR is once again escalating this to the billing department when this issue has already been through multiple hands with no ownership taken. No one seems willing to fix this internal administrative error which is costing me now more than my initial contract and the new migration contract i and Vodacom agreed to; instead, I am simply being shifted from one department to the next. I want this matter sorted immediately. I refuse to pay for Vodacom's error, and if this is not resolved now, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman.
I should give zero stars, I've been battling to get my online groceries order for three days now. I've made so many calls to only be messed around by the pick n pay hyper Brackenfell branch and the store manager he know who he is has been dogging the issue, now im being accused of being rude to the drivers in a email from the store? Which is false accusations. For more than five years I've used the online service not once have I've been that way at all to any of the drivers. This is a character **************. The lack of communication from that store and the poor customer service is so bad it's completely unacceptable. The past several months now the service has gotten worse. I will be taking this matter further.
For the past couple of months now a pattern has started, where the deliverys are late or issues with stock. Im a regular shopper at pick n pay i do every month my shopping online. but every month without fail issues arise, today i was supposed to get my groceries this morning yet i find myself still sitting and waiting in the middle of the afternoon waiting for that order only having to go out of my way to find out what's going on , turns out my delivery was rescheduled without even letting me know to late afternoon. This is not the first time this is happening and honestly im getting very upset and annoyed with the customer service as of late. Their constant lack of communication is getting worse and I don't see myself continuing doing business with them. I always schedule the delivery for the morning as i got my kids to pick up from school midday now im forced to make other arrangements as they didn't have the decency to even contact me. Truly bad service
Pick and pay online has gotten so bad over the years, they have become unreliable with commitments regarding time frames and communication has started lacking seriously. Not only am i sitting for more than two hours after my time frame that was scheduled for delivery the call centre lady is still coming back to me with when i can expect my order, it's been a hour now and still no word from her. I've been doing my monthly groceries shopping with pick and pay online for a good couple of years now and im sorry to say their online shopping and delivery service has gotten really bad. Im truly disappointed in them.
I would give it no stars if i could, i recently renewed my monthly subscription and they had no issues taking my money too only not renew my subscription. Since then I've benn emailing non stop for them to see why this has happened and they won't evwn look into it and now they are giving me the silent treatment. I strongly believe they are *****ing peoples money and the company is just a *******. I don't recommend them at all. Extremely unsatisfied.

I should be able to give zero stars. Not only do they have false, incorrect advertising they don't even have the decency to inform you that your online order is not what you have placed. Only when you follow up days later as you have not heard from them they tell you there's an error and they will refund you but you'll have to wait up till 12 working days to get your money back. This is completely unacceptable and when you complain all they do is just pass you to the next person which ****es me off completely
