Poor service
I made a withdrawal on Friday 24 November 2023 using Absa cash send,and only received the 10 digit voucher only without the pin, on numerous attempts speaking to hollywoodbets call centre agents and chatting to them on the website,I keep being given a query number and being told to wait 24 hours - 48 hours, I ended up advising them to reverse the money back into the account so I can rather choose to withdraw with an EFT coz clearly absa has issues, this is not the first time this is happening,why are we still allowed to use absa yet we suffer like this

Hollywoodbets withdrawal
I made a withdrawal on sunday via absa cash send an only received one sms with a withdrawal number,it's Tuesday an I still haven't received the access number sms, hollywoodbets should just cut ways with Absa,this is happening to me for the third time, we don't learn yoh, I feel ****med

I withdrawn money on the 09 & 10 of May and only got one payment, i have since tried to enquire and they keep saying they have escalated the issue and its been over 7 days, i feel like i was ****med now and no one is willing to assist.

Bad service by Debonairs Kaalfontein
I made an order at 18:27,now it's 20:19 and it's still not delivered,my son asked for pizza today an he hasn't eaten anything yet since then, he's even sleeping now,what kind of service is your kaalfontein store offering,this is happening for the 2nd time today, u get your order after 3 hours, pathetic an disgusting service

Scam company
I made an order on Tuesday 18 October through payflex to ErrandsZa sky ,I never got an order number or email confirming my order, I only received payment plan from payflex as I paid my first installment on the day, I have since tried calling Errands to no avail,their contact number does not work,sent them an email and haven't received any feedback, my order included meat an it was only afterwards that I saw they don't deliver meat outside cape town, so I'm trying to cancel my order but not getting anywhere, it's like the company doesn't exist,why would payflex partner with such an unprofessional company,i have been emailing payflex and still I haven't gotten any help,next thing they will expect me to pay for goods i never received, I want my order canceled an to receive my refund back,their service Is poor an even starting to think I was scammed and payflex seems not to care

Debt review journey made easy

Poor service
I ordered 2 x krusher burger meals through uber, the driver only delivered the burgers and chips and said they didn't give him the crushers,when I called the store,they apologized and said they sending the driver to bring them, I called back after an hour of not receiving the krushers, they said they will find a driver and send the krushers...what a poor service,they don't even call to update me, I have to call them back over and over again, even now I'm still waiting for my krushers
