We bought a 2nd hand car from BMW Kempton Park but once the sale is done they almost wipe their hands clean of you. We have an issue with a noise that the salesman confirmed but to date have heard nothing regarding it. Touchup paint was apparently organized by the salesman and to date we haven't received anything. The side mirrors don't fold and we were told we can take it in but no details or feedback has been given as to who we take it to.
This courier service is absolutely PATHETIC. Been waiting for my Temu order and at 8am I get a message "We have experienced a problem with your parcel which is currently under query at our depo". I have gotten this same message for 3 days. How is there sn issue before the day has even started 😡 doesn't make sense.
Fastway called me on 10 June 2025 at 15h56 and then again twice after that. I could not answer the call as I was in a meeting. From 16h08 I tried calling them up until 16h52 with no answer. I called 12 TIMES and the longest I held on for a call before it cut off was 12 min, this is absolutely PATHETIC. I have been calling them since 8h00 this morning (11 June 2025) and it is now 8h47 and NO ONE is picking up and then after a 15 min WAIT they say "we are having some technical difficulties".................FIX YOUR EFFING LINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic customer services honestly!!!
Most digusting service, they don't even deserve one star. They ALWAYS get my order wrong or they forget to add an item I have paid for. Please close your doors if you can't satisfy your customers. Also half the time the owner doesn't even understand what you saying!!!. PLUS you wait for over an hour for your order.
If I could give NO stars I would! We have had internet connection problems for the last 2 weeks now. I think it is DISGUSTING and VERY unprofessional that your clients are the ones that need to keep calling YOU for an update. Every time we call we are told the same **** "they are doing maintenance on the towers" FOR 2 DAMN WEEKS......come on!!!!! how slow or how often are the guys even working on the "problem". You are going to lose customers and you clearly don't care!! Worst service EVER!!
This is the WORST courier company I have ever dealt with. Their driver was meant to deliver my order yesterday but never pitched I then called them to make alternate arrangements for today by a specific time and NOTHING. They don't keep you updated, making notes on their system don't work as the drivers do what they want anyway and you have to keep calling THEM to find out qhats going on. Pathetic service!!
