Missing items from my consignment. I have stored my household worth thousands at Cape Removals. When I received the boxes after a few months I found a no Missing item items. Clothes Bedding The boxes were clearly ransacked for the most lucrative items selected taken. Designers bags others. Article of value. The company has not been able to provide with a plausible reason for not being able to provide the camera footage. As was state the unit as a 24hr surveillance system The lady who handled the matter Christine denied and was very nonchalantly about my claim...say make a list of your apparently missing item The arrogance to mention there was no insurance therefore my claim was not valid. I posted on this platform that rep**** my claim is false. How 🤔 is a company allowed to do business without any gorm of accountability with my complete household. I will proceed with legal action to protect my rights of as a customer.
I ordered boards waited for 5 working days.. Boards returned recitation charged due to wrong measurements. Promise to pickup boards on Friday nothing Driver lost his way on the 2nd trip.to us placed Boards collection on sat Told earliest delivery Monday at 12.00 by floor manager on duty ..we still waiting 15.25 What a waste of time and money. No apologies or communication

I have my household transported a year ago by Cape Removals I was not happy with the service as my items were missing . I requested a full.investigation including camera footage as the boxes were stored in a secure unit with 24 hr surveillance cameras. I fewest footage thereof to proceed with my claim. I have not received a satisfactory response from.the staff and management. They simply said that the goods were not insured . The items missing were handpicked expensive items . The total value R30 k I am not happy with response
I have been in touch with the Wise Move to transport my vehicle from Jhb To Cape Town . I was informed that tge vehicle will be delivered to me Sat 13.00 I waited nothing. I tried to contact Kevin my contact person from the transport company. He did not answer my calls or reply to several msg . I was told that tge car was going to be delivered on Sunday morning at 11.00 still nothing no msg no calls answered by Kevin or Akex . I been given such a bad attitude from Kevin with PQX3 Auto Carriers when he eventually got in touch later that afternoon saying he feels ge is not trusted. I don't know what rosy has to do with bad service .
I was shocked by the bad service. Firstly was paying twice for one consignment. Tino the sales person I believe was the person who was asking for a second payment without providing a statement of payment. Tino is a rude individual arrogant lack training. He put the phone down on customers and tries to bullying tactics of intimidating to not send details. Their premise lacks entry signs or possibly to contact them is futile a small dirty holding is their business address no entrance Bell etc.
I have cancelled my contract with dsl libe Telkom in April 2020 and applied for wifi connection. I was sold a telkom.wifi abd modem totally to over R1500 No telkom installer came around I further was not contacted to have the installation done. Telkom continued the billing abd handed the account over to debt collectors lawyers . The billing incorrect abd telkom had not addtessed the billing matter to reverse the incorrect billing or have the matter resolved.
My invoice was due for payment on the 30th December however it is still outstanding to date. After numerous emails to the company I have only received an automatic reply that they will be reopening on the 17th Jan 2022. The payment delay is obviously in their interest and on the customer's interest I was under the impression that the above company is reputable was not expecting to have such shoddy service after submitting my valuables to be sold by them. Ps I wonder how many others customers money they are withholding
