UNSTRAPPED!!
I purchased a JBL charge 6 speaker at the Bellville branch on the 15 August. Three weeks ago the carry strap broke. Went into the store and was told that i need to purchase a new strap. JBL is known to be a top - notch product. How can the carry strap not be included in the guarantee and neither was this told to me when i made the purchase. I am not prepared to buy a new strap at the cost of R300. I feel it should be replaced as i don't even have the speaker for 3 months. UNACCEPTABLE

Sleepless
As per discussion with Micah at N1city branch I purchasd/asked for a queen size bed... A double size delivered... Absolutely unacceptable. Now I am told to pay an extra R550 to have a queen size delivered. Pathetic. Sleepless night!!! *******s!!!

Chicken on the run
Bought a grilled chicken and rolls combo at PnP Tokai. Totally raw on the inside. Only realized at our picnic. Spoiled our lunch and what an inconvenience.. Flippen disgusting man. What a put off!!!!

I have been without internet since 1st August. ***********, rude, unhelpful staff.. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. What a stressful experience. My line is still not active after 7 calls a day to this people. They just don't give a ****. Yet they have been paid.. Hopeless... The worse ISP ever. Wow

Hi took my Mercedes Benz by tow truck to have a master cylinder replaced at 9am got my car back 4pm at R1326 later the average garage charges R600 for the same job !
