Service is non existent. Waited for more than 40 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table to take our order.

The service of Pick n Pay @The Sanctuary Mall is terrible. Customer service is non existent. The staff there doesn’t want to help, they are more interested in looking at their phone and talking to each other than assisting customers. When they are helping they do it as slow as humanly possible.
Someone drove into me and I tried claiming as a 3rd party and Santam is making the whole process unbearable and making you feel like a criminal for claim as a 3rd party. My car is still not fixed but the person that caused the accident their car is already fixed.
If you live in Gordon’s Bay don’t be a vodacom client the signal is horrible you only get 3g, edge or no service and guess what works with 3g edge NOTHING!!!! You pay monthly for your data but can’t use it!!! Ridiculous!!!!
Order things online from Makro on the 25 January 2022 and still waiting for delivery. Feed back on when it will be delivered is non existent.
