The lady by the name Khanyisile phoned me on the 6 March and told me that she will call me back and it has never happened until on the 1 April they debited my account with an amount of R850.Theres no communication, no update. These people are ****mers and the worst thing you can't even reverse the debit order. I want my money back
My dad bought Nike Jordans for my daughter in December for R2000, and she only wore them twice and they are not comfortable for her. I went to Sportscene Centurion Mall and spoke to the manager can't remember his name but his light in complexion, He refused to exchange because he said he won't be able to resell then. And i have explained to him that i came the other day and spoke to the other lady and she said i must bring the shoes because customers have six-month warranty, and she even showed me shoes that were in terrible condition .and they were returned by client. I had a horrible experience this morning with the manager at ABC sweets (Centurion Crescent) Yesterday I purchased zoom juices in a pack of 12. This morning as I was packing the juices I realised that most of the juices were leaking from the top and had damaged the party packs I had packed for my doughters birthday. I went to the store in the morning to ask for a refund as I cannot purchase an item I am not happy with. I went there with my proof of purchase and I found the manager. I tired explaining to him the damage if the juices and he kept on cutting me off being extremely rude to me and telling me even if I expose him he doesn't care and he will not replace or refund me and he doesn't care because it's not his fault.
Exito is the worst, even international couriers are faster than them. I bought my dress on the 16 of June and I'm still waiting...
Cartrack has disappointed me many times and I'm so disgusted by their service. You will call them first they will take you from one department to another, they don't respect their clients at all. I don't know when was the last time I was able to view my cars online. I don't get any help at all. There is the guy by the name of Confidence Mosia also arrogant got no help from him. You get very rude consultants. I'm so disappointed
I bought Bennett read vacuum November last year through take a lot and i hardly use the vacuum. June it started to give me problems and i did send it back ,I specifically said that i don't want it fixed because it still has warranty i want a refund so that i can buy another one. What is the point of fixing the vacuum because clearly it will give me problems again .They insist on fixing the vacuum according to Take a Lot they don't want to refund me.As a paying customer i have a right to decide whether i want the vacuum fixed of money back since it is still under warranty
My husband passed on the 12th September and i have completed the forms they have send to me till today im still waiting. Just this morning they want my husband Tax number and its on the forms i have completed and they want my mother in law and sister to sign documents for what i do not understand. I feel like im being treated unfairly .We have bills that im still liable to pay and school fees and i have explained that i was retrenched.
