I bought a Chery from Kia Brackenfell in December 2023. When I collected the car, I noticed that the parcel tray was missing and informed the sales person. He said no problem he will get one for me asap. He tried to get one for 6 months. I contacted Chery and got one within 1 week. The sales person informed me that Kia will refund me. Now I'm waiting to get my money back. They are making excuses every time I ask for an update.
Vodacom Fibre - No customer service at all. Called every day for 2 weeks to get internet connected, explaining the same story to the call center with no managers available to assist or to talk to. Tried to cancel my service and they couldn't even do that.
Very bad service after a brake down. The car was in for 2 weeks, I stressed the urgency of getting the car fixed because I had to pay for alternative transport. The issue they couldn't resolve was resolved by someone from JHB office. The service manager could give me answers on simple questions. I'm still waiting on someone to answer my questions. To me it looks like they don't know what they are doing, I will also never recommend anyone to buy Kia.
I've been with Miway for a few months now, and they never do what they say. We agreed on a debt date at the end of the month, but ever since I joined, they take money long before the agreed date. I called so many times to correct this and I'm assured that the problem was resolved, just to get the same issue the next month.
