Make your services for hassle and stress free please
Good day. We often see that Banks update their services to make it more convenient for clients. They promote online services and whatsap services. Like Capitec, you can now update your cellphone number without having have to go to a Branch. I even requested my card online. Hassle and stress-free services. My current problem is I have a new cellphone number. I now need to go to a Branch which is 124kilos from me just to update it in a branch. Is it really such a big big deal. Can you just adjust your services and make it more convenient like then you require one to call in and ask security questions. But this really sucks and one struggle a lot.

Shoe adjustment to stop hurting my feet
I Honestly dont have buying problems. The only problem i experienced over and over was that the shoe have a way to hurt my feet. All 3 pairs of Allstars sneakers. So today I ask lady who i saw had a pair on, on her profile pic, does you sneakers also hurt your feet or is it just mine. She said Yes. It does. I just wear them to take pictures and then remove them from my feet. But I have also seen several people wearing them easy. I honestly love the shoes but cant they adjust the shoe a little bit

Today after show many struggles and calls I received a call from an agent at Leroy Merlin name Phakamisa Manyathi. He spoke to me in a good manner, apoligized again and then informe me that he had sent me proof of the refund. For that i just want to thank him.
