The falls lifestyle estate in Roodepoort those owners are bullies do not rent there
Never rent at the falls lifestyle estate when you miss rent they will switch off electricity and lock you out even though its against the law. I was denied my deposit money after moving out. They took me to court for a judgement order. Which is 14k now they want more then that.

Very bad service they are busy deducting my money. I spoke with their agent who offered to assist me but never did each and every Month they have been deducting my money.

Best service and experience with Auto pedigree KZN Even though there were challenges the sales person, branch manager intervened to ensure that they keep to their promise and that I get the best service ever.

I suspect that i have been ****d and i am being mistreated
I am so disappointed and frustrated by the service that i am receiving from Auto Pedigree with their Newcastle Branch. I purchased a Polo grandlife 2024 tsi with them, I did everything the car was approved, insurance, and i was told my the salesperson that friday afternoon i will be getting the car. He then took me to a VW dealership then i veiwed the car i was told that it a sister company of Auto pedigree and that the car should be ready to be picked up on tuesday. Tuesday came nothing the person is not answering my calls. Please help me

Worse experience ever. I paid them their money they gave me a paid up letter. They referred me to a 3rd party that keeps saying i owe them.

There is a refund that is due to me i am being given a run around. I have been told that they will send me a claim form i am still waiting for the claim form.

Worse company ever
Worst experience ever. I paid them by depositing money into their bank account and they promised that they will cancel the debit order. They never cancelled it. They promised to sent me a refund form i am still waiting for it.

worst experience ever
i am using a car that i brought from there, and there was a double payment this last month due to the fact that i mistakenly paid double and the total amount was R14000.00. i have informed them of this provided proof i was told to wait for 7 days to get my 6950 refund. 7 days has passed i do not have money to buy food to go to work i have been calling i am being told stories i have send emails they are not responding

Bad experience
Worse experience ever, I was promised that they will assist me with updating my details with the credit bureau and that it will take month. And that I will receive regular feedback that is not the case no one is giving me feedback. The agent who promised me everything is now giving the company numbers and I am expected to call at my own expense. I get different stories every time I call.
