Me and , I believe thousands of South Africans goes to Postnet daily to get a ciminal record check done. We go to Postnet and nót the police station for the reason that Postnet promise results in 24-48 hours and at the police station it supposedly takes 2 weeks. Now the problem is, no one gets results from Postnet....they take money from clients, promising results in 24-48 hours knowing that their is a huge backlog on ******** record requests. Me and my son in law both reqeusted a ******** record check. I went to Oudtshoorn Postnet and he went to East London Postnet on the same day. They said we will have the result in 48 hours. Today is the third day and still nothing. Me and my son in law app**** for jobs and the companies are awaiting our ******** record results in order to finilize our contracts. When inquiring they tell us the systems is off. Stop taking money from clients while you know you make empty promises and knows well that it is not a "system" problem.
I moved to Oudtshoorn from North-West, wich after I received infringements notices that is not valid anymore due to the fact that it was issued to me way after the date it should have been. I have corresponded in every way I could and received no reply what so ever! On some platforms the infringement notice appeared then it was removed and now I received a summons to appear in court! I don't have the finances to travel to Klerksdorp and the Aarto system is not working as it should, nor is employees of Klerksdorp Traffic department doing their job. How am I supposed to sort this out without any assistance???
I've send a package on the 23rd of April with "overnight service" to my daughter. "OVERNIGHT" because it is urgent. Her package still didn't reached her and the system says it is still in the hub. Really?
I have late published a review on Hello Peter in connection to the services I previously received from Debt Busters. After the review, I was completely awed with their great assistance as they've handled everything professionally and showed compassion towards my current situation and that they really care. I appreciate it so much. Thank you!
I got one respond from Debt Busters from my previous complain on Debt Busters without resolving the matter. Furthermore the major debtor of my creditors phone me this morning complaining that the last payment they received from Debtbusters was at the end of October although I made regular payments up to the first of February. Debt Busters keep on sending me mails that I'm thousands in arrears while I've send them proof of payment for each and every payment since I have signed contract with them. They do not reply to those emails but keep on sending mails that I'm in arrears.
I cancelled my policy by email on the 20th of January and Dotsure still keep debiting my account. I don't need them to call me to discuss the matter, I just need the policy to be canceled and for them to stop debiting my bank account.
Since my daughter came to age on December 28th my daughter requested a copy of my late ex husband's will from Sanlam more than once, but until now she got no reply. It's been 2 months since she requested the will for the first time.
I have send more than one email with proof of payment to Dotsure. One minute I get an sms to thank me for my payment, next sms I am told I must pay. I'm so sick of Debt buster's inability to handle my business and I will nèver refer others to them. Last month I got a statement from Wesbank telling me I am in arrears with a certain amount wich was more than my monthly instalment. And on the same day, I received a message from Dotsure saying I owe them exàctly the same amount as which Wesbank wanted from me. Coincidence? I queried both Dotsure and Wesbank's payment department via email and got no reply till today
I app**** for my car's lisence disk through capitec bank. They're said I will receive it in 4-5 day. According to the weighbill it was delivered to the Rustenburg branch on the 29th of November. I've started querying Skynet Rustenburg via email. No reply. Then I got a whatsapp number and started a conversation. The asked me what the waybill number is and I give them the number and again no further reply. My lisence disk lapsed already, meaning I can't use my car. For a gl9bal company their service is terrible. I would not recommend using them at all.
I could'nt pay my monthly instalment to Debt busters as usual die to unforseen circumstances. I've send them more than one email to make arrangements to pay of the amount along with every month's instalment, which they've acknowledged and confirmed receipt of but still I get phone calls, emails and sms's telling me that my to make payment or have my account suspended. This is really unbelievable? Don't they put a notification on their system for all relevant departments to see or are people just not doing their jobs?
