My case is still in court I can't discuss much about them but guy's stay away from these guys if I had read the comments before buying from these guys I'm wouldn't be sitting with a non running bike that I bought it new and ran for 3 months. Don't trust them they put out false advertising. If you don't believe me buy it and wait until you have a problem. I come back with my story once the case is finished in court.

Thungs in a suit
If it was up to me I would tell people to stay away from rain they thungs in a suit. I was debited on the wrong date on the 27th March and I called them and spent 52min in total speaking to them trying to get this matter resolved then at the end of the call I was promised a refund but nothing came. I had to call back 11th April and I was told that my case would be excallated and they will be in touch with me but nothing when I call on the 18th April an agent tells me that he can see that I was credited on my account they is no refund for me but all the agents keep on saying we understand your anger like they are going to help you. Once you give rain excess to your account I promise you will be sorry. The west part of it I don't even have coverage and I have been explaining that from the first agent I spoke.

Stop scamming people.
I don't understand why we keep on paying legal wise premiums guys because they is nothing positive about the company. Legalwise refused to pay for my case buy a fraudulently reason because they had promised to cover my life time partner if we are more than 10yrs in relationship. When I objected they told me to right dispute latter and I was sent an SMS stating that it will be sent to a independent referee and will be informed with the outcome within 10 working days and that was on 15 September 2022. I'm still waiting update.

Hellopeter thank you very much for your assistance but I'm still waiting for the out come of the investigation and will share with you when that comes. So far they is nothing interesting apart premiums are being deducted

Legal wise is a disappointment
I have been paying for for legal wise for as long as I can remember but when I was unfairly treated by motorbike dealership after a new bike broke down 2 times in just three months after purchasing it by the same fault. I handed my case with legal wise and made countless follow-up for mouths with them they finally gave me a lawyer when the lawyers took my case legal declined to pay because the motor bike was registered under my life time partner I have been with for years. But when I took the policy with legal wise they promised me not to worry my partner is automatically covered but now they telling me that I must write a motivation letter of why do I feel like legal wise should be paying for my case. This is not the first time legal wise have let me down. My mother is a platinum member for more than a decade they did the similar thing to her.
