My P300 is under fabric warranty. 42 000km on clock Brits GWM replaced injectors, dieselpump under fabric warranty. 2000km later the injectors is faulty and they refused to replaced them according to them the injectors was send away for repairs and refused to replaced it. Worst service I have ever seen from a dealership. Why do you have fabric warranty then. Will net recommend Brits GWM they are not trustworthy. Wonder how they claimed repaired injectors from the fabric. Will have to find out.
The price they gave om the booking and the money that went of my bank. Is totally different. When you query it they done nothing about it. Always used booking.com will not recommend them at all
I register on there website to log a complaint. Never received a confirmation email to log my complaint. This is so sad because this was my last option of not loosing my money with an unfair company.
Very bad experience my mom passed away on the 20th of December. Used a other funeral company still waiting for payout from Avbob. Will not recommend them to anyone. In a time of sadness you don't need this kind of service.
Never trust a written quote from these guys. You will be liable for unexpected costs
I ordered a part from them in August 2023 give me a quotation paid the full amount after waited four months for the part they let me know there was a price changing need to pay an additional amount of over the R5000 already paid over the R27 000.00 it's a emergency exit wondow for a bus need it in the bus over festive season to transport passengers
After how many queries and phone calls. Tgey send a technician. Not even testing anything tell me that I had to buy mesh extra for a hell if a price or another 24month contract. Been with vox for almost 3 yrs and never did tyet suggested this. Another money making scheme or to get me to a contract because they see they will loose another client. Why do they gave technician if they can not even test the fibre. Why not send a rep rather to sell something. Don't ever make the same mistake as I did and make use of Vox.
I struggle with my fibre line. Buffer to bo connection for more than a week now. After a few emails and complaints a Jacques called twice to help. After the 2bd complaint he said he will phone back after testing never received a phine call back. It's not the 1st time we struggling with Vox service. After email has been sent a reply came back every time. Tickets closed please rate our service. But nothing has been done. Would not recommend to any one. I'm going cancel both my lines.
One week without any internet amd no service from evotel. Only messages. I'm so disappointed.
