The Vodacom that is next to game it's called Vodacom chats, very disappointing no assistance was given and the lady made us wait while in the back to be seen to, not even listening to us she just gave us a number of the accounts dept with an attitude and yet we went downstairs and the guy named Jason in the Vodacom store assisted us.
I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding our recent experience with Hyundai Brackenfell dealership. We were initially approached by a Hyundai sales representative during a promotion at Cape Gate, Cape Town, and after discussing a potential trade-in of our vehicle, we submitted all the required documentation. The representative later informed us that our trade-in application had been approved. However, we subsequently learned that the individual had been dismissed, and upon visiting the dealership to reapply, we were informed that the new application was declined. This experience has left us questioning the reliability of the process and the professionalism of the dealership. We were led to believe that our trade-in was successful, only to have the situation change dramatically with no further assistance or explanation. As a reputable brand, we expected a more seamless and transparent experience, and this has been quite disheartening. We would appreciate your review of this matter and a clear explanation of how such a situation occurred, as well as any steps that can be taken to rectify the situation. We still value Hyundai as a brand but hope to see better accountability and customer care moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I am extremely upset with the service from BNA aftersales, after purchasing a vehicle, we had the vehicle for 3 days and notice faults as they have a policy within 7 days of return if the vehicle has faults. It is sitting at the aftersales working for over week and they cannot communicate or fix the minor issues. we asked to release the vehicle and they are still giving us the run around. So disappointed with the service and now the sales team cant event assist, saying if we want to cancel the deal, they are not sure how to assist!!!!!!!!!!!! We need to phone them few times a day to find out what's going on!!!!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy customer
They deserve to be shut down and their license to practice be stripped away *********** staff that ruins people's lives
They where called out to my residence. The plumber seemed *********** while replacing the gyser the maintenance valve bust they didn't closed the main water supply and my entire house was flooded including my household content it's been a miserable 5weeks and the company is finding ways to avade the issue all appliances are damaged works been delayed and my family is now living in an unhealthy environment. My son got a chest infection due to the dampness it has costed us so much to try and get going with daily life. They now refuse to take responsibility for their staff negligence. We have worked so hard to build up after relocating and a company sends *********** staff and ruins our livelihood, and now wants us to incur more costs by proving what's damaged when videos and pictures were sent when the incident occurred. Our brand new stuff is now water damaged and eventually will no longer work but they refuse to take responsibility for. This is a terrible company and I advise people not to use them.
Terrible service, i have been trying to get hold of this medical Centre for three days, the landline they provide doesn't even work or go through. Their WhatsApp line is absolutely useless, you leave messages and no one gets back to you. I don't even know how on earth they even assist people when you cannot get hold of anyone.
I ordered a happy meal for my son via the Mr D app from the Macdonalds bluff branch because my son was insisting he wanted one on Valentines day only to find there was no toy but was included in the invoice that was sent through. My son was very disappointed..
Very disappointed with Wonga service, paid my account in full and still being built interest,. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one answers their offices, no one calls me back and emails. I have sent POP so many times and now I get handed over. Terrible service. Will never use WONGA again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
