Order Toyota Corolla Cross engine cover China Auto Parts , after receiving it, to my disappointment lettering was painted in silver but the logo was not painted according to the photo in the adverti*****t show all suppose to be painted, Issue of the grommets one was missing and one was completely damaged. I send my query by email to them, on 19 April 2024 receiving call from them regarding my problems with the cover promise to come back to me still up to now is the 30 April 2024 no feedback from them. Done some enquiring and Toyota Dealership is the only firm who do have stock ( grommet ) send quotation to China Auto Parts maybe for buy out. No feedback to solve my problem and the cover can still not be fitted. Really is this they way to treat your customers .
I ordered a spare part invoice and paid in the amount from my ***XX Bank account to his JM Pillay (2 X) accounts numbers. After a long delay when I follow up when will the part be delivered to my address via courier the excuses escalate blame everyone different couriers etc. except him/them. This is nothing but *****ulent activity using ****** accounts to do this *****. I had numerous times asked him to pay back my money but to no avail. There is no other options to go to social media, Hello Peter to bring under their attention how this ***** happened and continue seeing reviews from others same scenario, definitely will also open a ***** case at SA Police Service.
After applying I'm relocating to New adress the blame game between Vodacom, Frogfoot start again I'm the suffering party been days now I'm waiting to be assist. It happened previously also between the two parties the blame game. Hopefully one day someone will do there job to assisting me and get my wifi up and running, meantime I'm must wait for better days.
Fibre internet off since Wednesday 22 February 2023,called Vodacom fault department can't fix the problem show finger to Frogfoot as the culprits. Promised will inform them to fix it after many phone calls no feedback to me. Now they trowhing the the buck around and playing the blame game and me as the customer is the suffering party. Nobody taking any responsibility. I'd insist to talk to the supervisor full of excuses, can't talk to them seem they're to important to talk to the customer. Thought Telkom was poor seem Vodacom goes the same route maybe worst.
Made a appointment from Bloemfontein, arrived at Business for towbar fitment.Friendly staff immediately took my vehicle for fitment, even drive us to nearby shopping centre and recommended which shop to enjoy coffee or breakfast. Fitment done on time and we leaving as happy customers. Well done guys keep it up

We, me and my wife Japie and Lizzie Castelyn just to thanks everyone at MIT-Mak Motors for the excellent service we received from the moment we put our vehicle up for sale .We must highlight Deon ****s who walked the extra mile to let us trust again a motor dealership. The amount offered for our car was beyond our expectations nearly we sold it to another dealer way lower price than Mik-Mak Motors.
